Guest Reviews
- Marina (8/5): Mini but Nice.! - Amazing location, great and safe neighbor. Nice coffee shops and food spots very close to the accommodation. The building was very nice and the garden beautiful. it is indeed mini, yet super clean and location perfect. Suitable for some days when visiting Milan.
- Emma (9/5): Superb -
- Klára (9/5): good tiny apt for a 1-night stay - very close to green metro line, easy to access with the digital key, well-equipped
- Stepan (8/5): Great place for one person in Milano - Nice location. Acceptable price. Apartment has everything you need. A bit cold, but it's okay. Could be problematic to get into the apartment if you have no internet and do not know Italian
- Kanan (8/5): Very good -
- Gaukhar (9/5): Superb -
- Claudia (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Very good value for money. It's a small studio, at the attic, in a beautiful semi-old building, in the Piola area, 2-3 metro stops from the center, Duomo, Milano Centrale, etc. Chose Via Bazzini/Paccini for the shortest walk. It's close to Politehnica di Milano, full of young students, cafes, etc.
The house is kind of like a maid's room in Paris, or a technical room, or some laundry room :) . I don't think it's for everyone, but I like interesting places. It's very clean, hot water, TV, exceptional good wifi, kitchenette, table and 2 chairs, closet, hair dryer, washing machine, bath products, towels, etc. The bed is more spacious than it looks in the pictures. I recommend it if you want to see what Italian houses look like on the inside, not your ordinary hotel room. :) Loved it. The shower is at a height of 170-175 cm, you may have to bend down, be careful how you close the swinging door so you don't flood the whole bathroom, you may not be able to open the attic window, but maybe you will reach the bathroom one :) I'm not being ironic, I really liked all these features. And they have nice neighbors :) Grazie, Leandro! :) He speaks very good English, too. It was a bit difficult to actually enter the building and the apartament, because of my lack of attention. This is a 1000% autonomy, so the city taxes had to be paid through the same application for the check in, which I didn't pay enough attention, so we couldn't enter anywhere. I thought I should leave the money, cash, in the house, like I used to. But this was beyond any self checkin ever :) I had to call the owner on a Saturday night for a training, but it was funny. My friend and I are still still laughing about this. You need a phone and internet. And a bit of patience. But it's cool. First time saw this, loved it.
- Ilka (9/5): Superb - Very quick response on questions via mail.
