• Vivian (7/5): Spacious and well equipped stay in great location, but uncomfortable mattress and poor instructions - Amazing location, walking distance to Old Town and convenient access to supermarkets, cafes and shops. Keyless entry into the apartment made checking in a breeze. Apartment was very spacious and clean and great for crawling babies. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to navigate. We requested a cot for our baby but this was not laid out or set up for our arrival, we had to pull this off the top of a dusty shelf. No sheets were provided for the cot. The apartment instructions were not very clear specifically that we were instructed to take out own rubbish out after our stay, but no further details as to where to dispose of it within the building (there is a €30 charge if rubbish is left behind). The bed in the master room was terribly uncomfortable and the mattress dipped in places, disappointing given the cost of our stay. A baby bath would have been a nice touch, but the apartment did have a full sized bath.

• Wing&Yin (9/5): We were lucky to stay in this spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy apartment at perfect location - The location is perfect for our visit. The host came over to meet us in front of the apartment building to show us ways to operate the door locks and the appliances. It was a great help. We need to use a webapp to operate the ground floor gate to the building and the door to the apartment. It was a bit fiddly in the beginning. It did take us a bit of time to figure out ways to make it work. The apartment required checking in by scanning passport and taking selfie through a webpage. We only realised this requirement on bus to San Sebastian on reminder by the host. It would be good if this requirement is clearly stated on booking.com

• Maylis (9/5): Un excellent séjour en famille - L’emplacement est idéal, très central pour rayonner dans la ville. Le parking sous terrain a une entrée / sortie juste en face, a un prix non négligeable mais non surprenant. L’appartement est très fonctionnel avec sa cuisine, ses équipements et les 2 salles de bain/eau. Idéal avec un enfant en bas âge.

• Ilker (10/5): Perfect placefor San Sebastián. - Totally recommended. Very central, close to both old and new part of the town, spacious and clean. Easy to communicate with the property owners who were very helpful with our questions. We’ve got entry instructions beforehand and recommendations about San Sebastián while we were there. While There is a market next door a bottle of water in the fridge would be good when we arrived. All good.

• FRANCISCO JOSE (9/5): en general muy bien - ubicacion y el apartamento estaba muy bien si bien el baño de la habitación principal puede mejorar asi como el numero de cajones para guardar la ropa aunque para pocos dias hay de sobra no funcionaba el código para entrar con llaves virtuales y el termostato de la calefacción no tenia pilas y las tuve que comprar

• Elizabeth (10/5): Pretty much perfect! - Beautiful property, allowed us early check in and were very responsive! Beds were comfy, everything was in great condition and location is perfect. Would have appreciated some starter things like milk and teabags. We bought our own and left them there for future guests as it’s helpful to have them.

Kahve makinası vardı ancak kapsül bırakılmamıştı.
• Toon (8/5): Uitstekend appartement (met 1 nadeel) - Dit is een uitstekend, ruim en comfortabel appartement. Grote woonkamer annex keuken, en twee slaapkamers. Nog een extra kamer met een prima slaapbank. Bedden zijn goed, twee badkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken. Alles is schoon en netjes. Zeer vriendelijke host. Straat oversteken en je bent in de oude stad met vele restaurants en barretjes. Het appartement heeft één groot nadeel. Het ligt op de 1e verdieping, aan een drukke weg, met een bushalte voor de deur. Dus 's avonds en 's ochtends vroeg is er veel lawaai, van bussen en mensen op straat. Met de ramen dicht is het geluid weg, de ramen isoleren goed. Maar dan is het weer te warm in de zomer.

• Katherine (10/5): Spacious and clean apartment in a central location! - Very spacious and comfortable apartment for our family of four. It was in a convenient location to the bus/train station, beaches, and Old Town. Communication with the property managers was easy and they responded promptly. We really enjoyed this stay! The digital key was sometimes non-responsive, but we had a key as a back up so it was never an issue. Since the apartment is right above a busy street with buses idling, we did not like leaving the windows open too much because of the noise and the exhaust. When the windows were closed the noise was not much more than you'd expect in a city.

Please send the links via email as well as messenger so people have no problems with this Gorgeous spacious place but there was a lack of natural light in the main living room and dining area. Not an issue but just something to mention

• Jerrold (8/5): Great location and nice place to stay. - The location is very good and it easy to access. The doors the bathrooms are does not fully close and the sound can be heard in the bathroom. In addition, the road noise is noticeable at night even with double glazed windows.
• John (10/5): Two words: absolutely perfect! - The place is huge, sunlight coming in everywhere, and the bed was really comfortable. And although the property fronts on a major Boulevard, the double pane windows amazingly kept all sound out, the place was very tranquil and quiet inside. The bathroom, the kitchen, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. And the location was central, exactly what I needed! Really can’t think of anything that I didn’t like
• Natasha (9/5): Beautiful apartment - The apartment is very well located on the edge of the Old Town and a few minutes walk from the beach. Roman came to meet us and showed us around, he was super helpful and friendly. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. You can hear a bit of noise from the road below at night but not enough to disturb sleep. Easy to access with codes and everything you need I walking distance. Very close to bus station also. Would recommend and stay again. The place is better than the photos depict Everything was great 👍
• Simon (9/5): Wonderful stay in Donastia/ San Sebastian - Loved everything about the apartment. Roman and Amaia were super helpful. Centrally located accommodation, everything in working order, clean and spacious. The electrronic access mechanism was a bit tricky to get the hang of first time but Amaia helped me out immediately and it was no trouble from then on.
• Carlos (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was walking distance to the best restaurants, pintxos and shopping areas in the city. The apartment was spacious and clean. Although we were at the main tourist area, noise was never an issue. Nothing to not like.
• Yvonne (9/5): very nice apartment in centre of San Sebastian - central location very spacious apartment good showers very comfortable bed there was no air conditioning and only fans in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and none in the main living area (as the apartment is on a busy street the windows need to be closed to minimise the noise)
• Judi (9/5): Spacious, luxurious apartment right in the centre of the city. - Stylish and spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, dry close to the old town. Nifty smartphone app to access the apartment.

Did not understand the key lock on door and spent almost 3 hours searching for property as it was so confusing. No air condition and would be needed as property was on Main Street and too noisy to keep windows open.

• Rachel (9/5): Wonderful, clean apartment in a great location, with a couple of tweaks could be really excellent 👍 - Fantastic location, very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here and recommend to others. Really great place:) Just a couple of inconveniences- nothing major but would really elevate the stay. Self catering apartments usually at the very least have a small carton on milk, particularly important if guests arrive late and shops are shut. No tea towel, no hand wash/soap in any of the bathrooms. The en suite bathroom would benefit from a handle on the inside, as it is, it hard to close, also the way the door is designed makes it hard to place a bathmat outside of the door. Very little toilet role provided. As I said, only minor issues that wouldn’t prevent me returning but wish I’d known so could have brought basic supplies with us.
