• Antony (10/5): - The Cozy Chaos was fantastic. It looks like the pictures and has luxury feels. The stay is comfy and has a great sit out area on the roof. The food they serve was so tasty and fresh and a must have,the place is conveniently located close to all the attractions yet gives a quite and private feel,the host Deepanshu could not be more helpful and responsive throughout our stay. • Daniel (10/5): One of the nicest places I've ever stayed at - Everything..... The apartment was large, immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The outside terrace was huge, with comfy sofas and really nice planting and lighting, it was so relaxing, a real Oasis of calm within the city. We would come back to the apartment early so that we could order takeaway food and spend the evening on the terrace, better than any restaurant. The hosts were so friendly with great communication before and during our stay. They could not do enough for us, so helpful, they arranged laundry and a driver for us, very genuine people. Very easy to get to all the main attractions in Agra by tuk tuk. Honestly, The Cozy Chaos is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in, they've absolutely got it spot on Having to leave!

• Gabriel (8/5): Good location to visit main sights in Agra - The accommodation is in a good location to visit the main sights in Agra and the area is quiet so helps to have a break from everything going on the street. The room is nice, comfy and just like in the pictures. Check in/check out was quite straightforward and definitely recommend. NA

• Priya (1/5): Worst Experience ever, Unethical & Unprofessional behaviour of the Host! - Nothing "This is my worst experience ever. The property's host runs the business with the wrong ethics and does not value their customers. I booked this property on 21st June 2024, and immediately after completing my booking, I received a call from the host. He mentioned that he was unsure why his property became available on Booking.com as he had already taken a booking and an advance payment from another guest. He instructed me to find another hotel and NOT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING, otherwise, Booking.com would charge him taxes and commission. I told him that if his property is not available, I need to cancel the booking ethically. He then negotiated with his existing customer and decided to give us the booking, while taking an advance amount from us. During this time as well, he was more focused on how to grab more money and told us that “he would show our booking as a no-show to Booking.com to avoid paying commission and taxes to them”; Such actions are unethical and not sure why he has listed his property to different channels when he is not willing to pay to them! The next day, one of our team members suffered a medical emergency and we rushed to the hospital due to which had to cancel our trip. I called the host to explain the situation and requested either a refund or a postponement of our booking. Shockingly, he was argumentative, refused to listen about the medical emergency, and showed zero empathy. He was more concerned about facing a loss of INR 2,900/-, completely disregarding our situation. His lack of humanity and money-oriented attitude was appalling. I have not visited the property, but based on this experience, I would never recommend staying here. Any business is known by how the owner handles their customers, and this host's approach is a big NO. I understand that might me as per their policy they’re not able to refund but the approach and attitude of this host from Day 1 was inappropriate!

• Janie (10/5): Fabulous stay! Leagues above any other apartment and BnB we saw in Agra! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone - Like a sanctuary among the chaos of Agra. Beautiful, stylish, modern apartment finished to a high very standard. Leagues above all the other properties we saw in Agra and extremely cheap price for the quality of the apartment. It’s situated a little back residential street tucked away from the hecticness but still very accessible to the centre of Agra via Tuk Tuk of taxi. Very big rooms with nice high ceilings and all the facilities you’d need. It also has access to a huge private terrace that is lovely to sit in the morning or evening. Exceeded our expectations and the host and his family were very helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you and you could message them via WhatsApp with any questions or requests. Fabulous stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Agra. The bed was a bit firm for mine and my friends liking but perhaps this is just personal preference.

• Tsveti (10/5): Exceptional place with exceptional people. - Technical: The place is located in the heart of Agra. Easy to reach Taj Mahal and in the mean time in a quiet location with a park infront of you. A couple of markets around you as well. The apartment is located on the second floor. It has a big bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. Outside there is a huge terrace, with a peepal tree infront of it and a corner for relaxation with soft furnitures. The whole place is designed and made with a such a passion and love and it completely corresponds to its description - cozy. You won’t regret your choice! Social: Deepanshu and Falak are great and very lovely people. They were not just hosts, but they were also friends who cared about our experience and really wanted us to have a good time. They really have attention to the smallest detail. The whole experience makes you to want to come back just because of them. We didn’t spend more days there
