• elena (6/5): No lo recomiendo. Muy caro para lo mal que se duerme - La ubicacion not esta nada mal. Piso limpio, grande Sofa malisimo segun ellos apto para que duerman 2 personas. Grifo atascado en uno de Los baños. Cama habitacion principal también incómoda, inestable y ruidosa. Cobran todos los checkin después de las 20.00 horas y no te dan ningún recibo ni factura.

• HULYA (1/5): BERBAT - Sadece konumunu beğendik. Nereden başlayacağımı bilemiyorum. Öncelikle eşyalar çok eski ve konforsuzdu, ortalık pisti. Hiç ışıklandırma yoktu, odalarda ışık yetersiz olduğu için karanlıktı. 2 banyo olduğu için tercih etmiştik fakat ikinci banyoda bulunan duş teknesi küçücüktü, bir insanın içine girip duş alabileceği ölçülerde kesinlikle değildi. Yataklar son derece konforsuzdu. Wife hiç bir şekilde çalışmıyordu. Kapı arkadına tesisle iletişime geçmek için bir irtibat numarası yazılmış fakat sorunları belirten mesaj atmama rağmen hiç bir şekilde geri dönüş yapılmadı. Yetersiz iletişim, çok pahalı bir konaklama oldu. Ödediğiniz parayı hiç bir şekilde hak etmiyor. Eğer puanlamada 0 olsaydı hiç çekinmeden verirdim. Sakın gitmeyin, çok pişman olursunuz.
• rocio (10/5): Amplio apartamento con una ubicación excelente - Amplio apartamento con una ubicación muy buena, a 10 minutos del centro, podias volver a descansar, no necesitas coger transportes publico; además, el barrio tiene de todo y es seguro. La limpieza excelente y bien equipado de menaje de cocina ( muy pocos vasos, eso si), Éramos 5 y el hecho de tener 2 baños completos y 2 habitaciones independientes resultaba muy cómodo. Ningún problema con los baños que se ha menciionado por aquí. .El WiFi va regular, y el hecho de que cobraran 25 euros por llegar después de las 8 ( si llegas después de las 11 te cobran 40 euros). El sofá cama no era muy cómodo, pero como todos, aún no me he encontrado ninguno que sea cómodo, tampoco era terrible

• sandrine (10/5): Superbe appartement idéalement situé ! - Très bel appartement idéalement situé. Très spacieux, propre et pratique. Les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et retournerons sans hésiter dans cet appartement lors d'un prochain séjour. Nous conseillons à 100%.
• Guest (7/5): Buena ubicación, aunque necesita más cuidado - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, ya que se encuentra muy cerca del centro y del Vaticano, lo que facilita mucho las visitas a pie o con un corto trayecto en transporte público. Además, en los alrededores hay supermercados y diversos lugares para comer o cenar, lo cual resulta muy cómodo para organizarse durante la estancia. El apartamento en sí es bonito, por lo que en general la experiencia fue positiva. A pesar de lo anterior, encontramos algunos aspectos mejorables. La limpieza no fue del todo adecuada, especialmente en la cocina, donde los cubiertos no estaban en buen estado. También se nota cierta falta de mantenimiento en algunas zonas del apartamento. Por último, el sofá cama resultó muy incómodo para dormir, lo que puede ser un problema si se necesita usarlo de forma habitual.

• Mirosław (7/5): Miejsce znakomite do pieszych wędrówek po Rzymie - w wiele atrakcyjnych miejsc było 15-20 minut spac - Znakomita lokalizacja i wielkość apartamentu , dobrze wyposażona kuchnia . Niewygodna sofa z hałaśliwymi sprężynami - gospodarze powinni zamówić nowy materac . Ten na którym dane nam było spać jest po prostu za cienki . W jednej z łazienek nie było deski sedesowej - jest tylko sama pokrywa . W trakcie pobytu była awaria pralki - nie została naprawiona przez ostatnie trzy dni naszego pobytu .
• Antoine (9/5): Grazie mille. Thank you iFlat team for a great stay - The apartment is spacious and can easily accommodate a family of 4. In my case, i was with my wife and my 2 daughters and the apartment was great for us. The staff was amazing with us and very helpful: the airline company rescheduled both flights and we had to arrive bery early and we were able to store our bags in the apartment until check in time. In addition the return flight was late as well and we were able to stay more with additional cost. Yes i paid more but it was better than leaving early without being able to take a shower. We had problem about towels but the staff was generous to provide us with extra towels. The location is ideal. Near all the attractions. From one side Vatican is 12 minutes walk. From the other side piazza Navona 12 minutes walk. The same for Spanish Steps. Trevi fountain 15 minutes walk. All attractions are very close… just 4 minutes walk there is La Esse supermarket where you find whatever you need with a very good price. The street is safe and calm very close to many great coffees and restaurants. We did not have enough shampoo and towels for our 10 days stay but when i addressed my needs to concerned, All our problems were solved within few hours.

One shower was flooded Electricity crashed several times and we had to go down to the basement to turn on the power Wifi stopped working The service desk said they would check for a refund.
