Guest Reviews
- Thalia (9/5): Nice and relaxing - The place was great along with the location, our dogs loved the property and ran it everyday. The shower door and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and there were poisonous mushrooms on the property that are very dangerous especially to animals
- Ann (10/5): -
- Trickey family (8/5): - Views of the mountains and close to beautiful old towns. Loved the yard as our dogs loved running around.
Close to Don valley student leadership campus. 😁 A fence off area would had been nice for dogs. It needs matching pots to suit the stove for it to work.

- Greg (5/5): Poor directions made arrival difficult, charging way too much for substandard accommodation - the location and view is brilliant. Really poor value for money - the stay is charged at premium rates but the reality is far from special - the water quality was dirty, the cleanliness was mediocre, and the amenities were more like camping/caravaning.
- Damiano (8/5): Cozy, great value, impeccable views. - Cozy, great value, impeccable views. Watch your step on the front staircase.
- Luke (8/5): Quiet and peaceful - Lovely quiet space! Beautiful views and a great property to walk the dogs around. Lights wouldn't turn off overnight and no block out blinds in the bedroom made for a very bright morning.
- Rachel (10/5): Definitely would recommend staying longer than 1 night- we didn’t want to leave! Very beautiful, peaceful place, we love - Beautiful location, very relaxing Nothing
- Thiropana (6/5): The property has a great reputation location, a beautiful view, and a responsive host. However, it needs better cleaning - The property had some great aspects, it’s in a good location, the view was really lovely. Loved the outdoor bbq table and the host was responsive whenever we had questions. While the property had potential, there were several aspects that made our stay uncomfortable. The place required better cleaning as there was visible dust and spider webs. The kitchen was not well equipped, it lacked basic items like utensils, new sponge (left a really used sponge, not hygienic), foil, and paper towels. There were also no supplies for making tea, despite it being mentioned after booking that we needed to bring our own. Also no board games!
The kitchen itself was particularly problematic, as it didn’t have a proper door but only plastic sheets. At night, when the lights were on, numerous insects were attracted inside, gathering on the kitchen walls and even falling onto the plates and food, which made it very stressful to use the space. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our experience and comfort during the stay.
- wilz (8/5): Tiny House at YJ - Pet friendly place. Great location. The place itself was cosy and simple. At the time of stay. Group of younger people stayed opposite which partied til late with very loud noise.
Could also use some blockout blinds!
- donna (8/5): - Incredible views !!!! Outside kitchen facilities over the open deck - Freezing!!!
- Hemesh (8/5): -
- Chiharu (8/5): Amazing view, perfect for a short stay with family. - Loved the view! Kitchen was too outdoor, too cold to cook anything in winter but fair enough since it’s a tiny house :)
- Roni (9/5): Wish I could have stayed longer. Will be back - The view
- Rachelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - The view, the privacy and the cabin. Was great - wish we could have stayed longer and had a barbecue on the deck with that great view.
- Anwyl (7/5): Good -
- Paula (9/5): Will be back to enjoy the fire pit table! - Amazing view Stairs to the property were a little dodgy
- Natasha (7/5): Cosy, fun, peaceful and amazing scenery. - The location and scenery was stunning! Lots to explore in the property and was so peaceful! The bbq and bbq table were amazing and the balcony was very spacious, with a great big umbrella for shade. Great air conditioning and very cosy. Pet friendly. Overall, we loved our stay. The kitchen wasn’t clean. Fridge smelt bad and was dirty and I had to clean before using. And two massive huntsmans we had to catch and remove from inside. Would suggest someone come in and check for bugs/spiders before each stay. The kitchen also had a lot of bugs and spiders.
- Milanovic (9/5): Excellent tiny home and beautiful scenery! - A comfortable, clean and spacious tiny home, perfect for two people + dog. Has everything you need for a short stay, beautiful scenery, and great space for our dog. The charcoal bbq was fantastic!
- David (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sandeepani (10/5): Amazing place - we had the most delightful stay at this tiny house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful design and cozy atmosphere. The space is beautifully crafted, with every detail carefully considered to make the most of the compact area without ever feeling cramped.
The tiny house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchenette to a comfortable bed that made a comfortable night. The large windows brought a beautiful scenery, and that was absolutely breathtaking, it was the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. The BBQ machine was super good.
The hosts were inot there but connected through the phone, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a unique adventure, this tiny house is a hidden gem. we can’t wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special. 🌿🏡✨ nothing at all.
- Al (6/5): Pleasant - Small and easy Wasn’t as clean as I had expected
Hair in the bathroom from previous guests
- Cathy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (8/5): Peaceful and tranquil setting - Beautiful, peaceful and tranquil setting. This little unit is a great de-stress getaway. Very intimate for more than 2 people. The verandah is amazing, great place to sit outside at night as the stars shone. Surprise last minute visit; Hard to locate, but instructions given on contact. We really loved staying here for a quick break, but found it too intimate with non family members. It suited the break and we appreciated that. The kitchen was too outdoors, but it suited this accommodation. Great heater/aircon, recommend maybe extra blankets.
