- filippo (4/5): Prezzo decisamente troppo alto per ciò che viene offerto e posizione. - Nulla, se non personale carino e disponibile. Piuttosto lontana dall’essere una struttura ricettiva, soprattutto a quel prezzo. Livello di pulizia minimo indispensabile. Rumori da parte di altri ospiti.

- Sebysquall (7/5): - Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, gli ambienti sono puliti e la posizione è ottima (vicinissimo alla fermata metro di Laurentina) Essendo arrivato tardi (perché dopo una giornata lavorativa ho potuto prendere il treno solo dopo le 18, arrivando quindi verso le 22:30 in struttura) ho dovuto pagare 18€ per il late check-in (che mi sembra un po' esagerato). Inoltre il prezzo era altissimo per i servizi offerti (una stanzetta con due letti singoli che fa molto studenti universitari), qualche bustina di tè, capsule di caffè e giusto il minimo essenziale in bagno. In un altro B&B con un prezzo simile ho avuto un letto matrimoniale di qualità, 4 bottigliette d'acqua, 2 pacchi di patatine, 2 pacchi di fette biscottate, colazione inclusa in un bar lì di fianco, shampoo e bagnoschiuma monodose di qualità (Ferragamo)... Insomma, per il prezzo, i servizi offerti erano un po' pochini
- Bruna Brooke (10/5): Eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista - Sig. Mario è stato disponibilissimo nel farci sostare le valigie anche più del dovuto. Ottima posizione e camera molto ma molto accogliente con un bagno davvero grande !
- Laura (4/5): - Posizione strategica vicino alla metro laurentina e fermate autobus. Staff cortese e disponibile. Macchinetta del caffè assente per riparazione e non sostituita con un’altra. Aria condizionata assente nonostante nella descrizione fosse presente. Zanzariere assenti e impossibile tenere le finestre aperte per via delle numerose zanzare. Doccia scomodissima. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo avendo pagato per avere dei servizi inesistenti Purtroppo non ci tornerei più.

Unici lati negativi: - rimanendo un'unica stanza al momento della prenotazione abbiamo preso l'unica con il bagno esterno privato, purtroppo però posizionato in fondo al corridoio e quindi si doveva passare davanti alle altre camere e alla cucina comune in pigiama, per raggiungerlo - mancanza di prese elettriche e abat-jour vicino ai letti

- Sarah (8/5): - Mario super gentile e disponibile! Il bnb è situato in una zona tranquilla. La camera è accogliente. Abbiamo avuto piccoli problemi con lo scarico del wc, si è intasato un paio di volte. A causa di questo problema, erano frequenti i rumori repentini nonostante non si tirasse lo sciacquone. A parte questo piccolo problema, possiamo dirci soddisfatte del nostro soggiorno ☺️
