Beatriz and Manuel were INCREDIBLY kind, thoughtful, attentive, and generous. They welcomed us into the home and spent so much time telling us about the property, facilities, and recommendations for food and activities in Sevilla, and were incredibly patient around our language barrier. The only small downside was a lack of soap dispensers in the shower and sink. However, they did provide small soap packets for us to use.

De hartelijke ontvangst en de nuttige tips o.a. dingen te doen en restaurants, Beatriz heeft reservering voor een flamenco show voor ons geregeld. De ligging van het appartement is ideaal, alles wat je wenst is op loopafstand. Heerlijke bedden en douche, aan alles is gedacht en alles is brandschoon. Parking naast het appartement waar je je auto kwijt kan, er is een gezellig pleintje schuin tegenover met leuke tentjes om wat te eten en drinken. We zouden het zeker aanbevelen , wij hebben er genoten, heel veel dank! Nvt

• Antonin (10/5): BEST PLACE IN SEVILLE! Worth the walk over to Triana - Wow! Where to start! The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms (one with a TV), one full bathroom and one big living space with large windows (living room with TV, table and kitchen). There was a refrigerator (with freezer), a stovetop and a washer (with soap) inside the apartment. There was an assortment of food amenities like coffee, sugar, olive oil, red wine vinegar, cookies, etc. The hosts were so friendly! They gave us many great recommendations for restaurants, attractions and shows. Even if it's located in Triana, it's worth it to walk back and forth! 7 minutes walk to Mercado de Triana 12 minutes walk to Torre del Oro 19 minutes walk to Seville Cathedral

• Vladimir (10/5): Skvělé ubytování v Traina - centrum přes most za řekou - Skvěle umístěné nedaleko centra. Na hlavní atrakce v Sevilla se v pohodě dojde pěšky. V okolí mnoho možností ke stravování. Ubytování je kompletně vybavené. Opravdu nic nám nechybělo. Skvělé jsou dvě ložnice se zatemněním a velmi pohodlné postele. Wifi a topení perfektně funguje. V domě je výtah. Byt je ale jen v prvním patře. Možnost parkování za poplatek jsme nakonec nevyužili, povedlo se nám rychle zaparkovat o pár ulic dál na neplacené bílé zóně. Přesto doporučuji využít možnost garáže. Beatriz a Manuel jsou fajn pár a úžasní hostitelé. Klíče nám osobně předaly, se vším dopodrobna seznámili a poskytli mnoho typů. Dalo by se s nimi povídat celé hodiny.

Os anfitriões (Miguel e Beatriz) são extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. Recomendo com certeza, pelo custo beneficio, pela proximidade do parking que é sempre um grande problema em Sevilha, e pela localização - bem no centro de Triana. . É apenas uma sugestão de melhoria: disponibilizar secador de cabelo.

• UU (10/5): Great! - It has a fantastic location. The hosts are such a lovely, warm couple—extremely friendly and helpful. They patiently showed us how to use the garage and all the facilities, and even gave great recommendations for local shops nearby. The room is clean and minimalist with comfortable bedding, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion is that it would be even better if the bathroom had a bit more counter space for toiletries.

• TravelTips4U (10/5): Very pleasent stay! - The apartment is fitted out with almost everything that you need for a longer stay, just like living in your own home. The appliances (Like fridge, washing machine, TV's etc) is very new. The apartment has been renovated in recent times and is located in a lovely old building in one of the best areas in Seville. The two main bridges across the city's beautiful river are a short walk away, together with interesting restaurants and supermarkets. The owners, Manuel & Beatriz are terrific to deal with as they use WhatsApp and are super prompt with their responses. Manuel's WhatsApp Chats are all in English and their son, Pedro speaks very good English which greatly assists the initial welcoming of guests. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay, we stayed six nights and could not fault the whole stay. Nothing.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist neu und hochwertig und die Betten sind bequem. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Triana und ist ca. 15 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt.

La ubicación en Triana no puede ser mejor, y además cuenta con parking privado, algo comodísimo para moverse por Sevilla sin preocupaciones. Las camas son comodísimas (¡hasta hay varias almohadas para elegir!), el sofá cama es muy práctico, la televisión espectacular y no falta ni un detalle: café, agua de cortesía, productos básicos… todo pensado para que te sientas como en casa. Y lo mejor de todo, los anfitriones: una pareja encantadora, amabilísimos y atentos, pendientes en todo momento de que no falte nada y con un trato que hace que la estancia sea todavía más especial. Sin duda, un alojamiento 100% recomendable. ¡Volveremos sin pensarlo! 💫
• Heda (10/5): We truly enjoyed our stay - The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and newly renovated, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host welcomed us personally and shared lots of helpful information about the city. The private underground garage was a great extra convenience. Although the kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and appliances, everything is packed into just a few cupboards — we especially missed having more counter space for all the equipment.

The living room was so spacious, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood, near so many churches which we liked, walking distance to grocery stores. Beatriz and Pedro were very accommodating when we first met them. The rooms were big and super clean. I personally liked the rain shower type in the toilet. We super love it and highly recommended.

Las áreas comunes están muy bien mantenidas. Hay que mejorar un poco la ventilación del aire acondicionado hacia la habitación principal.

The apparemment is well located in the center of Triana which is 10 min walk from the center. The equipment in the apparemment is new and high quality. The beds are confortable as well. The bedrooms are facing the patio which is calm.
