• Sonja (9/5): Trotz Problemen mit der HP kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und einladend. Hier ein es ein Innenarchitekt hervorragend verstanden klassischen Charme mit Modernität zu verbinden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die Koordination mit dem Restaurant für das Abendessen (wir hatten HP gebucht) war katastrophal. Bis zum letzten Abend gabe es immer Probleme mit der Abrechnung. Das Essen selbst war sehr gut und ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

• Pierre (8/5): - Un charme certain et un superbe emplacement. Personnel à l’écoute et serviable Restaurant agréable et bon. Pas de canapés, de réception, de bar, pour se poser et lire un livre, ou juste prendre un verre. Tout l’espace est utilisé à 100% par le restaurant. Une des deux chambres que nous avions prises avec un plafond très très bas. Prix élevé pour les prestations en saison.
• Karima (6/5): Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen, jedoch explizit darum bitten in ein anderes Zimmer einquartiert zu werden - Zimmer geräumig und charmant umgebaut Im Zimmer wurde ein Chaletdach aufgestellt mit Steinziegeln als Dekoration. Grundsätzlich hübsch, jedoch lag auf diesen Ziegeln eine Staubdecke, die wohl seit über einem Jahr nicht mehr geputzt wurde. Nichts für Allergiker.

• Tamara (10/5): On a l’habitude d’y séjourner un week end chaque hiver, on aime beaucoup cet endroit. - Petit déjeuner complet, emplacement parfait, c’est vraiment très joli. On s’y sent très bien.

Das Personal war jedeezeit freundlich und beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. War wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war extrem klein. Wir mussten etwas umbauen, um überhaupt unsere Taschen/Koffer platzieren zu können & mussten uns allg. im Zimmer gut organisieren aufgrund des geringen Platzverhältnisses.

We got the top floor able to sleep 4 and the views are absolutely stunning out of the very uniquely shaped windows and roof. The rustic look and authentic touches made the room one of a kind. Check in was a chore. We had to hunt down someone who could help. However, it was a unique experience checking in at a restaurant kitchen

The breakfast also did not meet our expectations: a wide selection of food, but cold eggs, stale bread. The hotel in itself is very nice, but it is very unfortunate that the manager is neither polite nor interested in the guests :-(

• Melanie (6/5): Cozy Hotel but did not feel very welcomed - The hotel is very good situated, I liked the decoration, very cozy and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was also super nice. The restaurant is also very Beautiful and the food was good. The Reception service was not so good, I found the person in charge of the check in a bit too serious and not welcoming at all.

• Maria (1/5): Not Swiss hospitality - small and unconfortable room - Breakfast was good and the two ladies serving breakfast and cleaning the rooms were kind The photos looked soo good but reality was very different! Room was not as booked - we booked 2 delux rooms 27 m2 with couch for an extra child and instead one of the rooms was so small were we could hardly move. there was no couch but they put an extra bed that we were supposed to reach by using a removable ladder in put in front of the bed that was very unsafe and not stable. When we discussed the problem with the owner, he replied that if we did not like the room we could go somewhere else !! Not something you want to hear if you arrive to a ski resort as a group of 6 and is the busiest week of the year between Chrismas and New Year. Luckily Booking.com Customer Service provided an excellent support and helped us to get a partial compensation. I had to ask for the linens for the extra bed about 4 times and we finally received them at 22:00 Rooms are not insulated, we could hear the couple in the room next door as if they were in our room. The restaurant was also terrible: poor and slow service - wrong food was served and we waited for 1h45m for my daugher's dish! Fondue came with dry bread cut in different shapes, clearly taken from leftovers! Do not recommend
• Celeste (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed our stay. Loved the decor as it felt like a chalet in the mountains. Very clean room and beautiful views. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning. They didn’t tell us you couldn’t drink the water and it was very expensive to buy bottled water at the hotel. We only found this out when dining at the resturant. Also we could easily hear the people in the room that was above us. (Not the rooms next door).

No gluten free options in the breakfast even tough I requested that in advance and they wrote me back an email that they could fulfill my request.

• Anonymous (9/5): This is a very beautiful town with the thermal spa (hot springs) and fountains throughout the town with the hot water. T - Beautiful hotel with nice staff. Very clean. Leukerbad is a cute town with a lot of nearby hiking but social life ends at 9 pm. Everything closes. The steps on the stairs are not all the same size because it is an old building and one doorway is low. Once you get use to it, these are okay.
• Lauren (9/5): I would recommend this place to anyone! - The property itself was so lovely!! The staff was also amazing and we loved the restaurant! The breakfast was fabulous and we were all very comfortable. Each room is unique and it was perfect for a family stay. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a fan in the room to circulate air or (I’m showing my non-European self here) air conditioning. Other than that it was perfect! The only thing that would have made it better would have been a little more air flow.
