• Pawan (2/5): Had the problem with toilets as it was blocked and when called was ignored completely - Location and Boat Service and irresponsible host

• Ziyaei (3/5): Poor - Its just for one day just for take pictures not more The location is really far away from center and transporter you cant find it easy because you cant find Hotel STV even in google maps . Its was really dirty , too much trash in the carpet , the frist day until 21:00 we didnt have toilete and shower because it was broken and we lost one day , without any shampoos and good services , dirty towels and blanket . You cant even sleep good . If you want enjoy your travel please looking for another place its my experience.

• Siddharth (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. Pathetic service. - Unfortunately there was not much to like as we had to leave as the toilets were not working. Toilets not working , requested a cancellation and refund which was refused . The owners wanted us to use public toilets 5mins walk away. Booking.com were also unhelpful. Apparently the booking shows as cancelled due to no show. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and a lie.
• Catharine (1/5): Would not recommend - Being able to make use of the table and chair on the deck was lovely in the sun. Location was nice and there were a small number of restaurants and bars close by. Also a supermarket close. Taxis were within easy reach by 5 minute walk. The boat was run down and needed a lot of repair throughout. We booked a twin room for 2 adults and we're given a room that you could not stand in, you were unable to be in it at the same time and had no space for luggage.. The sink in the bedroom was not functional, there was no mirror and no space to get dressed. There was no curtain in the bedroom which meant when dark the people on the next boat could see in the room. The stairs had broken lighting ad the light units were lying on the staircase and cause a foot injury as they request you remove shoes. There was ripped carpet on the stair and on entrance to boat. Toilet was blocked on one morning which resulted in having to use facilities elsewhere, the bath blocked with water while showering due to poor drainage and the wooden flooring was loose. There was no curtain in the bathroom which meant no privacy. The boat window was taped due being cracked. There was leak in the main living area, next to the exposure wiring. We have both returned from this stay with several bites. There were no curtains or mosquito nets in this room.
• Marjorie (1/5): Next time,we accommodate new guest's, inform all others are in,about it. - To reach the boat, u need to pass security doors which doesnt work,so anybody can come in. And some black people did. From late evening through the night.. Playing music,making a big mess in the boat,stealing food from fridge,my slippers,clogged the toilet,broken toilet door handle,and spilled all over with pee. Carpet also spilled by alcohol. Security cam inside the boat covered by a book.At that moment there were all free rooms apart from ours,so it looked liked they could slept in their.Our cabinet door was open by visitors (who knows what they could do) I dont know what is this secure level,but definetly not safe at all,anybody comes in,and no one knows are they residents there or not. And later on,no one were responsible for this situation. Only response was,u have to take care of ur items. (When the rule by themselves > leave ur slippers outside the boat,u cannot enter with them).

• Alexandr (1/5): So all in all- romantic set up, with terrible service. I would not recommend it to anyone. Unless guys will make homewo - Its a nice area, not far from metro line, 15 minutes to center Stuff: they were very unclear about the location, no check in instructions before i asked in the message. Then the check in was messy, no guidance, they were 1 hour late, did not pick up phone etc. Just mess. The place itself could be ok, but oat was dirty , hair in the bathtab, no hot water and nobody informed upfront about it. The blankets are kids size and not warm enough for winter. No water kettle, no tea cups in the kitchen. And the worth is a smell: toilet smells horrible all over the place ! They may do some cleaning work with the toilet water tanks.
