• Kogan (8/5): Spacious and quiet flat - 1. The flat is really spacious, clean and quiet. 2. Kitchen is well equiped. Toaster was great 3. There is plenty of parking space. 4. Minimarket 24/7 is in 2 minutes of walking. 5. City center is in 20 minutes of walking. 6. Great value for the money 1. It would be nice if the host would provide also separate blankets for double bed (we asked, but never got) 2. Instructions for wifi should be more clear (it was little quest to make it work) 3. Some little things in kitchen missing like big water bottles that were left emty, no coffee capsules...

• Konstantinos (9/5): Great place, great value - Very spacious, very clean, very nice for a family. Nice location with walking distance from the city center ( about 20 mins) and next to bust road where you can find taxis and buses. Also very helpful that there is a convenient store in 30 metres that has everything you wish for your stay. Extremelt polite the lady we talked on the phone and also prepared the house earlier than it was expected- very helpful and very much appreciated. Also it is great that it has both washing machine and dryer which makes it a hit, especially when you stay for over a week that we stayed there. It needed some extra toilet paper and some shampoo that was a miss. These are very cheap and it should be present as they only add a value to the overall experience. Also it was great that it had a Nespresso machine. However it needed some cleaning.
• Bernice (8/5): - Very nice apartment close to the centre and good parking. Great facilities amd strong ACs. The mattresses were a bit lumpy and it could have been cleaner.

Well equipped w cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, tv, wi-fi etc. There was no Microwave oven. Also for one night it's not practical because check in is after 4pm and check out before 11 am.

• Leonidas (7/5): Good - It was almost like the photos. It was clean. There was no microwave. There was no trash can in the small bathroom. The wi-fi signal wasn't good. Also, when I asked for more information about our arrival, the owner said I would receive it on the day of arrival. He also contacted us, only, early in the morning on the day of departure to remind us of the departure time and to ask us to inform him if we were leaving early for his convenience.

• Ting (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is spacious for 4 of us. We especially liked the different sections of the living room areas for us to use to work, read, and relax. The kitchen has basic things we need to make a simple meal or make coffee and tea and toast bread for breakfast. We had a great time walking around in the city of Nicosia. The agent is kind and helpful. We sure will like to return in the future.
