• Hird (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean. The room was stuffy and far too warm, with no means of controlling the temperature. The bed was too soft to be comfortable, with poor quality bedding.

• Alina (5/5): Never again - There was a strange smell, like a very old house. On booking.com was mentioned about room with a washroom, but in reality there was one! washroom for all guests. The toilet paper and fresh towels were not found…The slippers were not disinfected and were shared by all residents.

• Michael (1/5): MALHONNÊTE !!! - Rien car ils m'ont dit d'annuler et qu'ils allaient rembourser car ils n'avaient pas possibilité de garder mes bagages malgré que ce service était mentionné !!! Une fois fait l'annulation, refus du propriétaire de rembouser !!! INADMISSIBLE !!! SERVICE MENTIONNÉ MAIS INNEXISTANT, TROMPERIE !!! On devait poser nos bagages le matin à leur bagagerie (pour aller à Wonderland la journée), mais ils nous informent au dernier moment que cela n'est pas possible... "Allez jusqu'à l'aéroport et louez une consigne" Voilà leur solution !!! (Perdre du temps en faisant un détour , et payer 30 ou 40 euros de consigne...). RESA annulée, hôtel AVEC CONSIGNE réservé au dernier moment donc cher et stress !!! Le pire c'est que finalement ils refusent le remboursement en disiant que c'était de ma faute !!! MALHONNÊTE !!!

De plus, la ligne 52 passant tout proche, il est assez aisé (mais long) de rejoindre les quartiers plus vivants de Toronto ! Freeda est très réactive dans les messages. Les chambres sont assez petites mais conviennent à de courts séjours. Par contre, gros point noir sur la propreté des communs, notamment la salle de bains... (moisi sur la paroi de douche, pas de nettoyage réalisé en l'espace de 5 jours passés là-bas)!

• Claire (7/5): Perfect for 1 night after a late flight arrival. - Easy for a one night stay after a long flight and getting in late. Great information on how to get to and enter the property. Nice shower with free toiletries, fridge microwave and kettle in our room. The bed sunk in the middle and very soft. Although there was a kettle there are no cups, tea or coffee in the room.

I did not see the listing is child-free and my kid made noise which woke up the host , host was kind about the situation. Bed was comfy and room had mini fridge, microwave, and kettle Bathroom was very dirty and there was mold

Perhaps a client that lost his code or a B&E individual trying to gain entrance. Didn't receive a response to our question about parking on the street and lockup

• Jesudas (1/5): Worst - She was trying to turn me back saying that I had no booking. When I showed the booking receipt, she was not willing to give the allotted room # 2. Instead she allotted a small room # 1, which do not have proper heating system even. Hence I had to spend 6 shivering nights there.

We were just having a conversation no yelling, my husband is half and here's hearing aids, after we were told that we were very uncomfortable so we didn't talk at all. Also there was no key fir the entrance way it was left open all night long we also were not given a key fir our room .

• Erisir (1/5): Miserable, extremely disappointing. - Unfortunately there was nothing to like in this premise. The room was extremely small - pictures fail to reflect that. The window was covered with plastic / nylon sheets in order to reduce cold air coming in thru the poor and old window frames, while the heater was not blowing enough into the room - picture attached. The bathroom which was outside was much warmer since its heater was blowing properly. There was no blanket on the bed and since I checked in at 9pm there was no one to ask that for. I had to sleep with all my clothes and my outwear jacket on. I am happy that I did not catch cold that night. The bathroom not been renovated since it was built perhaps 60 years ago had stains everywhere and it looked dirty even if it may have been cleaned, I could not dare to take a shower. Even though my booking was for 2 nights, I left the premise after the first night and booked another place for the next day. Freeda welcomed me in the morning of my first night and learning that I was freezing she brought an electric heater into the room - so the heating problem of the room was known. She said the blanked was forgotten to be put in the room after being washed. I told her that I cannot stay for the second night and normally I would expect her to refund my second night, but she did not.
• Alexander (9/5): Superb - Owner was very nice and accommodating! Room was clean, bed was super comfy, and it was quiet! Great location too, within walking distance of a small plaza. If you need something near the airport or congress centre and are on a budget, I'd highly recommend!

• Hiroyuki (3/5): If you have to stay at Pearson airport area, you have to stay in the Motel with shuttle bus service. - There was no amenity staff for taking a shower in the bath room. With Taxi service, it costs 35 dollar one way. There is no point to stay in this place, even if it's near the airport.

• Amy (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic, really close to all the buses that take you where you want to go in Toronto. It was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but still a great place for a solo traveler such as myself. The free wifi was great and I appreciated the bottles of water in the fridge when I arrived. I was a bit disgusted at the amount of rubbish that was left from previous guests, it seemed that the room hadn’t had a proper clean in a while. I did still make it work and overall had a pleasant stay.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - We had the pleasure to stay at this accommodation hosted by Freed who was an attentive and friendly host. She was very helpful and informative with the travel into Toronto and things to do. The accommodation was very tidy and clean. Facilities were spotless. Also located within a safe neighbourhood. If we were to return to Canada we would definitely be staying here again!
