- Ingrid (8/5): Kurztrip am Schwarzen Meer - Man hätte einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit Balkon. Zur Rezeption gelangt man durch das Restaurant, welches mit vielen Grünpflanzen ausgestattet ist. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Es gab nur eine Badewanne zum Duschen. Danach stand das Bad unter Wasser. Für ältere Menschen ungeeignet. Die Betten waren sehr niedrig, die Matratzen wiesen Flecken auf. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Stuhl, auch auf dem Balkon keine Sitzgelegenheit.

- Maria Castellani (6/5): - Questo hotel è una bella costruzione, abbastanza nuova, in una zona in cui hotel e residence si mescolano ad edifici fatiscenti ed altri in costruzione. Il mare non è vicinissimo, è necessario attraversare la strada provinciale ed arrivare ad una delle poche scalinate che permettono la discesa. Durante l’estate c’è una piscina, e probabilmente il ristorante offre da mangiare anche a cena. Le camere sono grandi, ed anche i bagni, con vasca da bagno in stile vittoriano, con i piedini. Durante il nostro soggiorno il prezzo era conveniente ma il servizio è stato scarso: la colazione, non compresa nel costo della camera, consisteva in 4 o 5 piatti prestabiliti, quali omelette, colazione americana con wurster patatine ed insalata, e simili. La domenica solo uno. Niente Succo di frutta, pane e marmellata o croissant. In compenso la colazione è disponibile anche ad orario pranzo, quando salsicce e patatine sono più gradite. Purtroppo nel bagno la vasca perdeva abbondantemente dallo scarico, quindi ci siamo trovati il pavimento allagato. Non ci sono zanzariere, nessun problema in aprile, ma la descrizione va corretta. Pulizia stanza approssimativa al nostro ingresso, siamo stati due notti, la camera non è stata pulita il giorno dopo, né i letti rifatti. Gentilmente ci hanno dato delle asciugamani asciutte. Si sono anche offerti di cambiarci camera, a causa del bagno rotto, ma non ne è valsa la pena visto che il giorno dopo saremmo partiti.

- Imperius Group GmbH (7/5): - Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon Es hat Probleme mit dem Warmwasser gegeben, obwohl uns versichert wurde, das es nach einer Stunde wieder Warmwasser geben sollte (dies Aussage war am Abend), hat es auch in der Früh nicht funktioniert, was für einen Hotelbetrieb auch in der Vorsaison inakzeptabel ist. Wenn dieses Problem nicht vorhanden gewesen wäre, würde ich eine wesentlich bessere Bewertung abgeben.

- Iliev (2/5): - Единственото, което ни хареса е разположението на хотела. Апартамента беше изключително мръсен. Навсякъде имаше косми и прахоляк. Дори имаше остатъци от монтажните дейности на кухнята, по плота, около хладилника по пода също. В едно от шкафчетата в кухнята имаше поскъпнали картофи. Гърба на кухнята беше в мазни пръски. Имаше не измита посуда( шпатула за готвене и нож). Косми в шкафчето с чашите. В банята тоалетната чиния беше мръсна, както и седалката и капака на тоалетната чиния също. Беше оставено само едно руло тоалетна хартия което беше пред свършване . Имаше мръсна използвана кърпа за лице/ръце в банята. Душа и смесителя бяха целите във варовик, на стената където е душът имаше пръски засъхнали или от паста за зъби или някакъв душ гел или шампоан. Целия под беше в косми. В коридора всичките первази м/у стената и пона бяха покрити в прах и косми. В спалнята по пода беше същото. На терасата в пепелника имаше фас.

Не си предвидих джапанки, в стаята нямаше еднократни чехли, поисках от момичето на рецепцията, но ми каза че са свършили, а аз се съмнявам че изобщо предоставят такива. Стаята ни трябваше да бъде с изглед към морето, но беше със страничен едва забележим изглед към морето.

- Juergen (8/5): Schönes Hotel, komfortabel - empfehle ai Pauschalreise im Juni - Total akzeptables Hotel mit einem sehr guten Meerblick. Zimmer komfortabel und Heizung funktioniert. Plus immer heisses Wasser, Guter Lift , schön eingerichtet, Angenehmes Personal. Summa sumarum absolut ok. Personal sehr katzenfreundlich - und kein Hundegekläffe !! - das in BG nicht selbstverständlich. Stabiles WLAN - fürs Geoblocking können sie ja nichts. Das ist Sache der EU - Irrsinn ! Taxis / Triumpf fair und Bus Ticket 1,02 € ja klingt krank 1,02 ist aber so !! Schräg Frühstück von 8-17 Uhr/ Wintersaison Keine Ballermann Atmo wie am Goldstrand ! Frühstück ok aber viel zu teuer. Infrastruktur herum in dieser Jahreszeit ausser Funktion. Bei Winterwetter der Weg zum Hotel - ohne Geländer , voll Gefährlich , klar für den Sommer ok. Ich empfehle Pauschalreise mit AI. Taxi aus Zentrum ca 10 Euro Triumpf Taxi nehmen !!

- Hillmann2 (4/5): Nichtd geboten über Weihnachten und Neujahr - Gute und preiswerte Busverbindung nach Varna. Ausserhalb der Saäison nicht empfehlenswert. Das Hotel wa.rpäersonell auf absoluter Sparflamme.r. In der Umgebung war fast alles geschlossen. Restaurant bot entgegen den Angaben bei Boooking nur Frühstück an. Auch die Sauns wurde entgegen den Angaben der Ausschreibung dem Spa zugeschlagem und kostete nicht unwesentliche Gebühren.

- B (10/5): - I liked everything. Spacious room . Friendly ,caring staff . Good public transport to the city centre and direct bus to the airport View to the sea . I can't really pick on anything. There is nothing at all . One thing on google maps path way to the hotel from the bus stop not updated . There are lovely stairs down to the bus stop from the hotel . But google maps takes you by not maintained path to the hotel .

- Georgi (8/5): За една нощувка става - Стаята беше топла, с голямо легло, тераса и изглед към морето. Банята е голяма, но с вана което не е по мой вкус. Автомобилният достъп до хотела е потресаващ. Паркинга беше пълен, а не мога да си помисля какво е през лятото. И вечерта при настаняването и на сутринта при напускането момичетата на рецепцията бяха намръщени, вероятно украинки. При настаняване ми беше казано, че има закуска от 8 часа. На сутринта в 8 и 15 ми казаха че закуската е от 9 и не я дочаках.

- Christine (1/5): Schlechtestes Hotel aller Zeiten wie es zu einer 4 Sternebeurteilung kommen kann unverständlich.⁷ - Nichts Alkes, kein Frühstück, für Kaffee fehlte die Milch, im Restaurant l8nnte man Abends nur Grühsrück bestellen, Betten qurden nur nach mehrmaligen beschweten gemacht. Handtücher aich nur nach mehrmaligen BESCHWRRDEN GEBRACHT. LETzTKLASSIGER servuce, eine Frechheit der Sonderklasse!
