• Michael (1/5): Nicht genügent - Wir haben den gesamten Betrag bezahlt nur die Überweisund derTouristen Steuer hat mit den Handy nicht funktioniert. Daher haben wir keinen Code für die Schlüssel bekommen. Wir haben mehrmals versucht Kontakt mit den Anbieter aufzunehmen doch ohne Erfolg. Also hatten wir keinen Zugang zu diesem Apartment und mussten den Urlaub abbrechen. Wir verlangen die Rückerstattung des gesamten bezahlden Beteages. • Melanie1007 (7/5): - Gute Lage nahe beim See, günstig, moderne Einrichtung, Balkon vorhanden. Hellhörige Türen, Sofa war nicht hergerichtet obwohl 4 Personen angemeldet waren, anrufen des Personals nicht möglich nur whatsapp - kam teilweise keine Antwort, Check in mittels eigenen Portal sehr aufwendig.

• Lorberen (2/5): - Die Größe war echt toll! Gute Aufteilung Geschirr teilweise kaputt. Glas hatte Sprünge, Messer lösen sich beim Schneiden auf Türen sind nicht zum Schließen (Toilette) und nicht zum Versperren. Man darf nicht genau schauen, teilweise schmutzig in den Laden und auch außerhalb. Uhr steht still, Lampen haben teilweise nur 2 funktionierende Glühbirnen. Das schlimmste war, das wir am Abend angekommen sind und der Code für den Schlüssel nicht funktionierte. Zwei müde Kinder und per Mail bekam ich keine Antwort. Anrufen klappte länger nicht, dann würde ich weitergeleitet und weitergeleitet...... Dann kam nur eine Partie Antwort, kein Guten Tag oder tut mir leid,......nur die Aufforderung 10 Sterne zu vergeben. Im 3 Stock in einem Haus ohne Lift. Am Morgen waren wir dann noch zugeparkt. Danke , ein Mal und nie wieder!

• Hermine (5/5): - Leider ist die Wohnung nur oberflächlich geputzt. Duschkabine, WC ziemlich unappetitlich. Bettwäsche nicht gebügelt. Ich habe mir nichts großartiges erwartet, aber sauber sollte es schon sein.

• Marie (8/5): - Très joli, balcons super, décoration. Emplacement. Vue sur les arbres depuis toutes les fenêtres. 😍 Appartement très agréable. Les portes ne ferment pas. Manque notable de vaisselle et d'ustensiles. ( louche, nombre d'assiettes.. )
• Silvie (6/5): Pleasant - Good location near train station. Big and well equipped apartment. Looks like in the photos. Not worth it compared to the hotels and price I paid for this apartment. First there was no parking space left, so we had to pay for the parking 500 m from the hotel. Our apartment was in the 3th floor with no elevator. Whole building has great potential, but reconstruction is not being done properly. There are problems with doors, windows and electric sockets (they do not fit). The wifi was not working whole stay (we stayed only 1 night so I didn't mention it to the host; for more nights it would be big problem for me). The washing machine was full from the previous visitors. There were spiders in every corner. Hallway and stairs were dirty and full of various items, which damage overall impression. In general it was not so bad, but for the high price it was not worth it.
