LEIDY CAROLINA (2/5): Botada fuera de el hotel - El segundo día de estar rentado en el hotel salí a caminar y se cerró la puerta principal de el hotel y tuve que esperar asta las 11 de la noche afuera con mucho frío por que apareciera alguien para que me abriera la puerta de el hotel Lara poder ir a mi habitación pasé un miedo sola afuera botada cuando yo estaba pagando Que no ay nadie que te atendía y como dije en el anterior comentario y me cobraron 100 dólares de depósito y no me los devolvieron

Miller (6/5): Basic but everything worked and I was generally comfortable. - For a budget hotel, check in was smooth, the room was clean, the front desk lady was communicative, the shower was hot. Walls are paper thin, so bring some earbuds.

Juan (2/5): Too expensive for a such a basic service - The room didn’t have windows, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was no reception (it was always closed), and we only communicated with a nice guy who didn’t have any information. There weren’t enough towels either. It was too expensive for such a basic service.

Fakhreddin (1/5): Disappointing! - The location. The place is called “hotel” but basically is a room with a tiny shower/toilet cabin in an old and not well-kept building. The room is decorated with cheap worn-out mix-matched furniture and rusted tabs. There is no telephone, TV or coffee machine, not even a cup to drink water with; no daily room clean up. The photos on the website misrepresent the place. There is no concierge; your contact with the hotel staff is only through email or your cell telephone. I wonder why they charge so much for such a place, and why it is listed in Booking.com. In addition, I do believe that those positive reviews of this place are fake. How could anyone rate this place as "Exceptional"?
