El único problema es el tema de aparcamiento, aunque hay parking cerca, no es barato y por la zona hay zona azul y verde y es casi imposible conseguir aparcamiento.

A modern building in a central part of town, a comfortable bed, a functional kitchen with an excellent washing machine. Our host was responsive and charming. What a relief after some of the places we have stayed! Nothing.

• Orsolya (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. The flat is brand new, classy and very tastefully furnished, contains all the equipment (dishes, towels etc.) that you might need. Communication with the owner is very easy and fast.
• Eleni (10/5): Excellent Stay, would stay again! - Excellent Stay ! Stayed for 2 weeks during Christmas season. The property was very clean and newly refurbished. The apartment had everything you might need for a short or long stay-cleaning products, equipment, cooking/kitchen utensils, coffee of all types, coffee machine, tea. The ac/heating was working great. Right in the city center of almeria, walking distance to everything- the port,the rambla, the castle, shops, restaurants cafes. Excellent isolation- no noise from the street when window is closed. The hosts were great! Very accommodating and easy to reach in case you need anything. Excellent value for money. Ideal apartment for 2 persons. Smooth check in Would stay there again! The TV is a bit old fashioned(?), maybe not a good model. Although it has Netflix, it is extremely hard to navigate to Netflix specifically and select your movies. Difficult/Strange even for a person that knows about technology. However this is not to say that one cannot watch Netflix! It is still working fine for a movie night.
• Michele (10/5): Cleanest most newly renovated apartment we have rented. - This property has been newly renovated, it’s beautiful and the cleanest we’ve ever rented! The fixtures and fittings were of quality, and being an interior designer, I appreciate the work! The location is great to get around all of Almeria on foot, we stayed 8 days. The unit has a remote entry system that the owner supplies info on prior to arrival. He is also very responsive via WhatsApp for questions and restaurant recommendations. If your travel brings you to Almeria, don’t hesitate to book here, you won’t be sorry. As with any city dwelling, there’s street noise and noises from other owners/tenants.
• Erkka (9/5): Superb - The location was good and the apt nice and well equipped. Arrival instructions for own car using persons could have been better. There is very limited space to even stop close to the apt. We suggest to clearly direct to the public garage and walk the rest 200m.
