• Lucie (7/5): Hotel na dobrém místě, snídaně dostačující, wellnes příjemný bonus - Pokoj 217 v druhém patře je přímo nad wellnes centrem a každé ráno nás v 7.00 budilo spuštění jeho provozu, což nebylo úplně příjemné.

Розташований в тихому та затишному місці. В пʼяти хвилинах всі колонади. Готель красивий та чистий, має дуже гарний та комфортний басейн з теплою водою, джакузі та сауну. Я мала номер з балконом і він був просторий, теплий та комфортний. Їжа була неймовірно смачна та різноманітна, як на сніданок так і на вечерю. Персонал готелю був дуже чарівним та доброзичливим. На вісі мої прохання вони відгукувалися з турботою. Я дуже щаслива, що обрала саме цей готель для відпочинку в Карлових Варах. Я не пошкодувала про це ні на хвилину. Було б чудово замінити подушки на більш мʼякі. Ті що зараз - дуже тверді. Я не змогла на них спати)

• Natalia (9/5): Wir waren 2 mal im Hotel kommen gerne wieder - Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Gute Lage alles in der Nähe Alles ist sauber. Bequeme große Bett Nur 3 Liege im Spa Bereich
• Agnieszka (10/5): Chętnie tam wrócimy - Świetna lokalizacja, tuż przy "deptaku". Zarezerwowałam miejsce parkingowe i nie było problemu, żeby zaparkować przy hotelu. Pokój duży z ogromnym łóżkiem. Basen z ciepłą wodą i prądami, Sauny. Do groty solnej nie dotarliśmy :). Jedzenie zróżnicowane i smaczne.

Malo miest na parkovanie kedze hotel nemal dostatok miest musite kružit po meste 1- 2 hodiny pokial nejdete volne parkovanie. Ranny hluk z vedlajsieho hotela kde zvažali voziky asi s pradlom ktore tak buchali ze ste mali zavcasu budicek ci ste chceli alebo nechceli. Hlucne zatvaranie dvier na izbach je to samozrejme o hostoch lebo dvere sa daju zatvorit aj potichu ale samozatvaranie treba tiez nadstavit aby sa dovierali dvere tichšie večerne a ranne trieskanie dost rušilo. TV programi vyber slabši na hotel tejto kategorie a dnes uz je bezne mat aj napr.you tube čo nebolo.
• Alina (10/5): Richtig gute Erholung - Einfach alles, das Zimmer, die Betten, das Essen die Lage, super nette Leute. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn spritzt und alles um das Waschbecken herum wird sofort nass. Aber man muss ehrlich sagen, das ist Wirklich so eine Kleinigkeit im Vergleich zum ganzen Komfort hier.

The pool, sauna and steam room were clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi wasn't very hot. The pool was good but definitely smaller than the photos. There wasn't a kettle in the room. The breakfast was ok but not what I would expect in a 4 star hotel.

Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Особенно понравилась spa-зона — всё аккуратно, спокойно и расслабляюще. Номер был комфортный, чистый и достаточно просторный. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Расположение отеля удобное, всё рядом. Наши ожидания полностью оправдались, отдых получился отличным. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и рекомендуем этот отель другим. Wir haben 3 wundervolle Nächte im Spa Hotel Iris in Karlsbad verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sauber, gemütlich und hat eine angenehme, entspannende Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns der Spa-Bereich gefallen – alles ist gepflegt, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, alles ist in der Nähe. Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Серьёзных минусов не было, всё прошло хорошо Keine nennenswerten Nachteile, alles war sehr gut.

• Nicola (8/5): Standard ma con una bella Spa - Senza ombra di dubbio, l’area benessere con le piscine è il punto forte: molto pulita e ben curata. Le saune, seppur piccole, sono piacevoli, e l’idromassaggio caldo è una vera coccola. La camera, pur essendo standard, era molto pulita e dotata di un bel bagno. Alcuni aspetti potrebbero essere migliorati: i cuscini erano molto scomodi, quasi privi di imbottitura, e in camera non era disponibile un’alternativa. Anche il letto non risultava particolarmente confortevole. Sarebbe utile trovare in stanza almeno un bollitore con del tè e magari una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. L’area relax della spa è davvero piccola, con soli quattro lettini; se altri ospiti li occupano a lungo (come è accaduto), diventa impossibile godersi lo spazio e non si sa dove sedersi. A colazione abbiamo avuto un inconveniente spiacevole (e una maggiore scelta vegana sarebbe auspicabile): mentre mangiavamo i cereali, abbiamo trovato al loro interno un pezzo di plastica. Infine, non ci è stato comunicato per tempo che i massaggi e gli altri trattamenti andavano prenotati prima del weekend. Essendo presenti proprio nel fine settimana, non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei vari servizi, che immaginiamo comunque di ottima qualità.

• Daniel (10/5): wohlfühl-Hotel - Sehr freundliches Personal, Die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Der Wellness Bereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr umfangreich. War für jeden etwas dabei. Im ganzen war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Michael (7/5): Ganz OK mit einigen Problemen - Lage ist sehr gut, Parken muss man natürlich ein ganzes Stück weit weg (15 min). Es ist ein typisches Karlsbader Hotel, sprich ein Häuschen in einer Zeile aus mehrgeschossigen Gründerzeithäusern, kein freistehendes Haus! Bett war bequem und das Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Der Wellness Bereich war auch ganz nett für ein so kleines Hotel, Pool mit 31 Grad warmem Wasser und sehr sehr guter Wasserqualität. Frühstück war erstaunlich lecker! Es roch im Bad widerlich nach Abfluss, sobald die Lüftung an war, die Beleuchtung mit einer Mischung aus kaltweißen grellen LEDs und warmweißen dazwischen wirkte beim Ankommen wirklich nicht einladend im Zimmer. Für den Preis wird man wohl Mal alle Lampen mit einer normalen Lichtfarbe ausstatten können. Auch roch es bei der Ankunft sehr stechend im Zimmer, so dass wir erstmal lüften mussten, um das Brennen in meinen Augen loszuwerden.

• KKristyna (8/5): - Byly jsme zde na víkend s dcerou, hotel je blízko promenády. Už pro nás nebylo parkovací místo, ale paní na recepci nám doporučila placené parkoviště cca 15 minut chůze od hotelu. V hotelu jsme využily volně dostupné deštníky k zapůjčení. Snídaně standardní, v neděli sekt :-). Později trochu vybráno a nedoplňováno. Pokoj příjemný, akorát velký, měly jsme vanu. Postele velmi kvalitní, tvrdost akorát (ale to je samozřejmě věcí preferencí). Župany a pantofle. Využily jsme jen bazén a vířivku, ale je i sauna a pára. Bazén slaný. Podle objednávky přes booking jsme měly mít jiný konkrétní pokoj, zaplatily jsme si pokoj s balkónem a dostaly jsme asi ten nejhorší, co v této kategorii byl. A objednaný byl jiný. Ale nechtěla jsem to před dcerou na místě řešit. Pokoj byl v pohodě, je balkón do zadního traktu, takže celkem nanic.

Schwimmbad nicht all zu groß. Aber ab ca. 17.00 Uhr hatten wir es für uns ganz alleine. Gutes Frühstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Keine Beanstandung.

• Laurence (3/5): Très décevant - Bon emplacement. L’espace piscine jacuzzi est très joli Nous avons été très mal accueilli, Le personnel n’est absolument pas aimable et même condescendant ! Si vous n’êtes pas russophone ou germanophone, fuyez ! Nous avions pris la demie-pension : le petit-déjeuner comme le dîner étaient très décevants, à peine dignes d’une cantine d’école ! Pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café dans les chambres.

No possibility to make coffee and tea. In the steam bath it is heated from below with strong steam, so you have to lift your legs for a few seconds.
