• Anita (10/5): The owner was great. He made sure that everything went smoothly and wrote to me every day if we needed anything. - The apartment was beautiful, a lot of space, we had everything we needed. Clean sheets and towel. The isolation in the living room. It was a bit noisy at night time. And the door in the balcony didn’t close properly. But the bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable.

• Julia (7/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location! - Very spacious apartment suitable for our family with 2 teenage boys, in a great location within a short walk of the Sagrada Família, with plenty of crockery and glasses, WiFi, air con, a lift and handy facilities such as ironing board, hairdryer, dishwasher and washing machine. The hosts were quick to reply to messages and offered help and advice around luggage storage, restaurants and taxis etc. It was tired looking in places with exposed wiring in the lounge, no plug for kitchen sink which made washing up difficult, mould on the bathroom ceiling, no lamps in 2 of the bedrooms, the extractor fan above the hob didn’t work- however, we still enjoyed our stay and thought that the price was good.

• Natasha (10/5): Pulito, comodo e ben attrezzato, ma ingresso con app poco funzionale. - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’ambiente era pulito e ordinato, cosa per noi fondamentale. La posizione è davvero comoda: vicino alla metro e a pochi passi dalla Sagrada Familia, perfetto per muoversi facilmente e visitare la città. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato, con stoviglie, pentole e anche la lavastoviglie, che rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico e confortevole. Lo consigliamo sicuramente! Unico aspetto migliorabile è la gestione dell’ingresso tramite app/link, che non è risultata molto funzionale e ha creato qualche difficoltà.

• Ci (8/5): Mieszkanko OK - Wszystko co potrzebne można było znaleźć w mieszkaniu. Żelazko, pralka, suszarka do włosów, klimatyzacja, pełne wyposażenie kuchni (naczynia, toster, mikrofala, patelnie, sztućce, piekarnik, etc). Był też płyn do mycia naczyń, szampon, mydło, papier toaletowy... Czysta pościel, ręczniki. Pokoje przyjemne, na 4 dorosłych i 3 dzieci wystaczająco przestrzeni... Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie poszło sprawnie. Kilka mankamentów było, z góry jednak chciałabym zaznaczyć, że jak ktoś nie jest estetą, to może nawet nie zwróci na nie uwagi... Na minus niedoróbki typu, odpadnięta listwa podłogowa, w niektórych miejscach brak fug, szpary między panelami, stary telewizor, na którym nie dało się odpalić Netflixa. Miejscami niedomyte krany.
• Aleksandra (8/5): Słaby standard apartamentu - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, z balkonu widok na Sagrade, czysto. Plus za klimatyzację, bo niestety szczeliny przy oknach niestety dały się we znaki. Byliśmy grupą 8 osobową, drzwi ciężko się otwierają do mieszkania ze względu na automatyczny zamek, niestety pleśń na suficie w łazience, nie działały czajniki mimo że były dwa, zmywarki nie sprawdziliśmy, bo nie było żadnych kapsułek, ekspres też nie działał, za mała liczba sztućców, noże tępe, patelnia stara, sporo do poprawy wizualnie. Meble wymagały by już wymiany lub odświeżenia. Łazienki dwie, ale tylko z jednym prysznicem. Minus odnośnie ciepłej wody, bo jak na taką grupę nie można było jednocześnie brać prysznica i zmywać bo wtedy pod prysznicem była zimna woda. Jak byśmy byli w okresie letnim to cena jest zbyt wygórowana jak za taki standard.

• Evgenios (7/5): Dated but comfortable stay close to Sagrada Familia - The apartment is within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia, among plenty of bars and restaurants, the neighbourhood seemed safe, and there were few options of (overpriced) mini markets around (we arrived Sunday so Supermarkets closed). We really liked the neighbourhood (although it's not walking distance to most of barcelona sights) The apartment had more than enough space for a family of 6, the beds were comfortable and the linen clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cutlery, and there was a washing machine and laundry (which we didn't use). There was enough hot water, the WiFi was fast. The apartment is dated. There are parts of the floor missing, a paint job needed, spots of mold on the ceiling, , the (comfortable) sofa has a hole, and cold air leaking through the living room windows. Also although the apartment was obviously cleaned, there was enough dust to activate some allergies. We also experienced severe noise one of the nights thanks to the first activation of the heating (metal clanging) but this was only one of the nights and shouldn't be otherwise something persistent. Also although it's not expected or described, lack of a single welcome touch as a mere bottle of water or a couple of nespresso capsules was a let down, but I'm not taking this into account when rating.

Solo perché io sono all'antica, avrei preferito l'accoglienza di persona e non il codice per l'accesso a casa.

• Valeria (3/5): Mi aspettavo di meglio! - Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'appartamento, il supermercato vicino casa e la vista (molto parziale) della Sagrada Familia. Non mi è piaciuto che le immagini fossero ingannevoli, perché facevano sembrare un appartamento molto più grade delle dimensioni reali, il balcone era praticamente inesistente, i condizionatori erano malfunzionanti (in pieno Luglio questo problema ha rappresentato un enorme disagio), la stanza con il letto a castello era minuscola (sembrava la cuccia del cane). Non mi è piaciuto che fino all'ultimo giorno ho avuto difficoltà per reperire la password key dell'appartamento, quando in realtà il problema era della loro applicazione che non funzionava!

• Liv (1/5): Other than location, the flat has nothing positive: old, dark, uncomfortable, badly equipped. - The location is good, but that's all we liked about the flat. We were extremely unhappy with the flat. It was way too expensive for what it is: an old, barely kept flat with hardly any natural lights, one normal size bedroom and tiny other rooms (without bed tables, bed light or any other equipment that would render them minimally comfortable), not equipped for winter (cold air entering below the windows, not enough blankets). There were 7 of us (family) and we did not have 7 chairs to sit on, hardly no cooking ustensils and some broken ones (toaster for instance). There was (at least) one broken window shutter. Stains on the walls, matrasses and bedlinen, sticky table. The flat is managed by a company - in a very impersonal way, with no attention to details or wellbeing of customers (hours after trying to reach someone when we first arrived, we finally got an answer though whatsapp and 2 thin blankets were delivered at 1am - which helped, but is not enough to make the place pleasant). If we weren't on holiday with young kids, we would have left after a night and looked for a more decent place. Reimbursing some of our costs would be a decent way to go forward. And before renting it to others, the flat should be fully repaired, cleaned and equipped.

The smell is not pleasant, in some rooms there is a smell of mustiness and mold. Wi-Fi worked well only in the living room and in the bedrooms - no one shower is very small and not pleasant a room with a bunk bed is not a room, its a closet. Terrible. I don't recommend it
