• ANA Mª (8/5): Luminosa, cómoda y muy bien situada - La disponibilidad y amabilidad de la anfitriona, la limpieza y la decoración de la habitación. El baño muy bonito y limpio. Es muy cómodo el sistema de apertura del portal y la casa. Y muy buena ubicación. Por decir algo, la habitación en general es un poco pequeña para el precio que tiene.

And, quick response and communication by the proprietor. Shower a bit weak and maybe prone to temperature fluctuations if others turn on the water on the building…I presume

• Liudmyla (7/5): Clean small room "bath&bed" - The location is good, the room is located very close to the main train station Atocha and Prado museum. Just 60m to right around the corner there is a good big supermarket, opened till late evening. The room is located in the nice old and beautiful dwelling house, it is part of the flat where the owner apparently lives (but we didn't meet), the room has its bathroom, all was very clean, good linen and towels, convenient bed, although quite small for two adult persons. The owner is nice, always in contact. It was very quiet, absolute no noise from outside heard. The room is very small with windows directed just inside the internal well (which is typical for old buildings), when somebody cooked it was impossible to open the windows due to strong cooking odours. The sewer smell from the bathroom was unpleasant and intense and the air fragrances did not help, that made quite an inconvenience for us. There is a coffee machine but no coffee capsules and even a small bottle of water. Due to absolute absence of space and convenient furniture I would estimate this room as a one nighter bath + bed.

Nice decor. - The location is perfect for accessing everywhere in the city from Retiro Park to Plaza Major and Gran Vía. The owners communication was perfect. They let me know that if I needed anything I could just ask. I love that it’s compact and has everything you need including a fridge and coffee machine. Would definitely recommend and will probably be back. A little bit of noise but it’s normal in Madrid. Ear plugs resolved it. So no problem.
