Guest Reviews
- Tom (7/5): Apartment great, booking and payment handling dreadful. - Wonderful apartment: clean, spacious and close to the city center. A few minor things missing that could be found and fixed by the owner by staying there for a night themselves: a few coat hooks near the entrance, the towel drying rack in the bathroom is in a weird place when you're using the toilet, etc. The apartment rental is apparently managed by a property management agency, Casiola Belgium. In the reservation confirmation it's stated that they would contact me with further details about the property (getting inside, wifi etc), but this never happened. I contacted them myself with these questions 2 days before arrival, and received a prompt response. However, during our stay, this agency contacted me and stated that they didn't receive a payment from me. Up until that moment, they never did anything to request a payment from me, contact me about this, or try to bill me on the CC that Booking.com has. During that day, they failed to communicate the actual situation, use the Booking.com platform effectively, or send me a URL to complete the payment. They did prove to be very annoying by constantly trying to call me (I declined multiple calls during evening dinner), sending me multiple text messages, etc., all while being incompetent in their communication. Far from what I would expect from a professional agency.

- Antoni (10/5): - Ubicació , comoditat Cuina amb utillatge senzill
- Ger (1/5): - Muggen, muggen, muggen, muggen, muggen
- Alexandru (8/5): Very good - Nice location, easy to check-in / chrck-out. A few things could be considered, especially for the price range, small things that could make a big difference:
- toilet paper: by default you get only 2 rools.
- no soap is available.
- single-use bottle of shampoo/shower gel.
- no additional garbage bags, no separate garbage collection. Although it is mentioned that no parking is available, this is not quite true... Just opposite there is a big parking garage that cost 20eur/day.
- Kirsten (8/5): Comfortable, impersonal but central appartment with very strict late/early check in and out times - It’s comfortable and clean, and centrally located There is no clear address for the apartment, just a street name and a photo, and you sort of have to go and try find it, which is weird. It is also situated in a very ugly street, across a parking garage and an abandoned building. Our access code did not work when we arrived, but that was resolved well by the company.
Most importantly: I sincerely dislike the hidden costs; check in only after 17h, and check out before 10 am , with no possibility to store luggage, and then requesting to pay 50 euro’s an hour for earlier or later check-in? I would not have booked if I had known that in advance. it also would not hurt to have a full mirror somewhere in the bedroom.
