- kim (5/5): Good location. Very noisy from the trains .Could make it more accomodating for guests - Location Air conditioning not working . Key fob intermittent some times unable to get to floor. Offer a coffee machine with no pods. For the price elsewhere in Melbourne they have been included. Spa no working only 2 jets.
- Katherine (9/5): Lovely views in a handy location - The location was great - just across from Southern Cross Station and the Sky Bus terminal. It was handy to tram stops, with Woolworths, other convenience stores, and cafes/fast food outlets close by. On the 23rd floor, the views of the city, river, & ocean were great. The apartment was great with an ensuite in one bedroom and another bathroom opening to both the living area and second bedroom. Although not huge, it was perfectly adequate and equipped well for a week long stay, with the hosts providing tea/coffee/milk and some toiletries. The bathroom extractor fan wasn't working so we were requested to open the bedroom window to prevent damp whilst using the dryer. Hopefully it gets fixed soon as this was the only negative. The apartment is across from the train station so there is some noise but I would still stay here again.

The streets around the area are quite noisy at night, and the apartment doesnt shade this at all. But overall, doesnt take even a point away from this place.
