• Cecilia (10/5): Genial!! 😍😍 - El alojamiento está genial ubicado, tiene una cocinita-salón común bastante grande y una terraza preciosa, todo está muy limpio a pesar de ser compartido, un 10. Lo único que no me gustó es el hecho de tener que llamar para que te abran el primer día en la recepción y esperar un poco, pero el chico fue muy lindo, un lugar excelente la verdad.
• Shara (10/5): Perfect and simple, felt like home in Rome - The location of this space was idéal, and the building was so charming and traditional. I felt like a local instantly. It was my first time staying in a space with shared facilities, and honestly it was so easy and really very comforting to be around others (I didn't interact with them, but it was nice to hear the bustle of travelers also enjoying Rome). The staff were so accommodating and kind, the room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable. The AC was appreciated, and I found the terrace so charming that I spent my time out there relaxing when I needed a break from the bustle of Rome. Our check-in time was flexible, and Mimo made every attempt to make sure we had an easy time arriving & leaving the space. I was able to speak with him in person and felt like he genuinely cared about the comfort of his guests. The shared kitchen was large and comfortable, pastries were provided in the morning as a plus, and we were able to put groceries in the fridge. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Rome!! I really can't say there's anything I did not like about this place.

• Jana (5/5): - Complete disrespect for private property!!! The first night we were accommodated in a different room than the one we ordered. The second day in the morning we agreed with the owner that we wanted to stay there. Nevertheless, he moved us out of it into the hallway without our presence and our things were lying unattended in the hallway of the hostel!! while our originally ordered room was cleaned, so we were allowed to enter it! We experienced all this after returning to the accommodation after 9 pm!!! No apology or financial compensation for the intrusion and eviction without our consent and supervision!!! Some of our clothes were even moved to another room!!

• María Luz (6/5): - El hospedaje está bien, es un primer piso por escalera y cuenta con varias habitaciones en un mismo piso. Cumple con lo que pagamos ni más ni menos. Tiene una terraza interesante, y ofrecen facturas de desayuno. Llegamos un poco antes del horario del check in y no tuvimos respuesta hasta luego de un buen rato. Intentamos tocar timbre en la puerta, pero no tuvimos respuesta hasta dentro de varias horas. Tuvimos que dejar nuestros equipajes en otro lugar para poder recorrer y luego volver al horario del check in. Parecía que no había nadie. Luego apareció la persona que nos recibió y la estadía estuvo bien.

• Tetyana (7/5): - Tenia buena ubicación para salir caminando al coliseo u otros puntos históricos, además a un par de cuadras había metro y parada de buses. El departamento era amplio y el chico de la recepción muy atento nos puso al tanto de todo. Para desayuno te traían Croasants a la cocina, por cierto la cocina muy amplia para comer algo, calentar comida en microondas y tmb disponen de una heladera para guardar lo que necesites. Wifi andaba mal, la cama era incomoda, los baños requerían 2 limpiezas diarias si esta lleno el hospedaje .

• Ayat (7/5): - In generale, quando leggevo i commenti prima di decidere di venire, mi ero fatto un'idea negativa perché i commenti erano pessimi, ma in realtà non era così male la camera era bella e pulita, ma in generale è meglio portare con sé un copriletto monouso. Il bagno non è privato ma ce ne sono tre non ho provato la doccia, quindi non so com'è. Il letto era un comodo C'è una bella terrazza. In generale, il prezzo che ho pagato per la camera era buono rispetto ai prezzi piuttosto alti degli alloggi nei dintorni. Il posto ovviamente non è perfetto, ha bisogno di qualche sistemazione, ma per una notte mi è piaciuto. L'ascensore funzionava fino al secondo piano, ma non fino al primo, dove si trova l'alloggio. I bagagli erano pesanti. A parte questo, la mia esperienza complessiva è stata positiva.

No me gustó que reserve una habitación triple con tres camas, al final solo fuimos dos y menos mal, porque nos tenían una habitación con una litera, y menos mal que al día siguiente nos cambiaron. Por otro lado la habitación es demasiado básica no tiene un simple perchero para dejar la ropa. Esto es demasiado básico.

• Evelyn Marin (10/5): - I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by my stay at Sina Rent Room🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹 From the very beginning, the host personally welcomed me, which already set a wonderful tone. He kindly showed me all the facilities and made sure I felt comfortable right away. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the room itself is cozy, thoughtfully arranged, and fully equipped with everything one might need. The kitchen is spacious and well-organized, with coffee, tea, and all necessary utensils available for guests. In the mornings, there were even sweet little culinary surprises, which was such a lovely touch. One of my favorite parts was the large terrace balcony — a peaceful, beautifully arranged space filled with flowers. I truly enjoyed sitting there, working and relaxing in such a cozy atmosphere with fresh air. There are three different shower rooms to choose from, all with hot water and full amenities, always kept very clean. It’s clear that the owner has put his heart into this place and truly cares about making every guest feel comfortable. I would also like to give a special thanks to the staff — they are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. The location is very convenient: everything is within walking distance — metro, supermarkets, restaurants, and even museums. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting💙💙💙

Αρχικά καθαρο , το κρεβάτι άνετο . Επίσης ο κύριος στο check in αγενέστατος . Στις 3 διανυκτερεύσεις δεν εμφανίστηκαν πουθενά ούτε πετσέτες δεν άλλαξαν . Η τιμή 100 ευρώ την ημέρα κακή σχέση τιμής ποιότητας .

• Ricardo (5/5): Poco recomendable - Lo único que tiene rescatable es que a pesar de que la zona es un desastre es muy céntrico y puedes llegar caminando a todo. La limpieza es inexistente !!!! Nuestra sabana olía mal.

• Zahra (10/5): Perfect worth the money - We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great—only about a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum, which made it easy to explore the city. Our room was a spacious double, very clean and well-kept—I even checked carefully and found no issues at all. They also provided extra blankets and towels, which was a nice touch. The room had a big mirror, drawers, and a closet, so it was easy to get comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights was the large yard, perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared, but there are multiple bathrooms available, so it never felt crowded. The women’s bathroom includes a hair dryer, and (for my Iranian friends 😄) there’s also a hose in the bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, dishes, glasses, and a refrigerator. Every morning they offered croissants for breakfast, and coffee and tea were available 24/7. Overall, a comfortable, friendly, and well-located place to stay.

• Raulguillenh (4/5): - The terrace, which was always occupied by construction workers and very noisy I gave them over a month's notice that I would check in at a specific time, and on the day itself they kept calling and messaging me to ask again. When I arrived, they charged me €30 for checking in outside of the designated hours, which I can understand. But it seems like an excessive price, and on top of that, they charged me in cash-suspicious. Even the receptionist apologized for charging me. The room was quite basic for the price and the area it's in, with an 80cm bed that an adult couldn't fit comfortably or rest on. The air conditioning didn't provide any heat, and it was almost impossible to sleep because of the noise. The bathroom was always flooded because even the shower doors didn't close properly. I had a problem with the TV, and I contacted them because there's no 24-hour reception. I didn't get a response during my entire stay, but they were quick to respond to WhatsApp messages when it came to taking my money. If I had had a serious problem, I would have been left without any help. In short, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

• Soysal (9/5): Birçok şey değerlendirdim lütfen okuyun - Çalışanlar bizimle mükemmel ilgilendiler. Bagajımızı check out yaptığımız gün akşama kadar orada tuttuk. Ayrıca çoğu hostele göre temizdi. Mutfak alanı güzeldi. Sabahları herkese kuruvasan ve her saatte alabileceğin çay kahve ikramı vardı. Ortak teras vardı. Ortak bir alandan yedek havlu alınabiliyordu. Tesis birkaç oda var yani çok büyük olmadığı için ortak alanda yalnız kalabiliyordun ki bu harika bir şey. Tuvaletleri günlük temizliyorlardı. Bir sıkıntı olursa sürekli orada duran biri yoktu ama telefonları hep açıktı ve mesajlara anında dönüyorlardı. Odada 4 adet priz vardı. Tabii ki ev konforu yoktu ama bir hostele göre gayet güzel bir yer. Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde ama gece geç saatlerde çok tekin değil. Ancak gün boyu gezeceğiniz için geç saatte dışarıda olmayacağınıza eminim. Ayrıca kaldığım odayla fotoğraftaki oda birbirinden farklıydı.

Nie wygodne materace, całośc mocno zużyta (łazienki w szczególnosci wymagają remontu), głośna klimatyzacja ale fajnie, że była bo było mega gorąco.

• Augustin (1/5): Rétrogradés sans remise, en procédure contre l’hôte - Nous avons été rétrogradés dans une chambre une personne, avec un lit d’appoint en guise de complément. Nous avons attendu jusque 11h de soir notre chambre pour au final nous dire que nous aurions une plus petite et bien moins belle chambre car ils avaient donné par erreur notre chambre à d’autres personnes, et ils n’arrivaient pas à faire changer ces autres personnes de chambre. C’était ridicule, et par dessus tout, pour ce grand désagrément qui a duré deux jours, ils nous ont proposé seulement 1/8 du pris de notre réservation de remise, c’est à dire la différence de prix entre la grande chambre et la petite chambre, malgré le fait de nous avoir fait attendre des heures sans chambre et de devoir argumenter des heures avec le réceptioniste. Aussi, le réceptioniste, et donc probablement d’autres, est sans contrat de travail, et le patron de l’appartement l’insulte de « piece of shit » et autres noms horribles, et lui demande de payer les erreurs de sa propre poche, sinon sa promesse de contrat d’embauche saute. C’est honteux.
• Gjeada (9/5): Really comfortable. - It was clean and everything was nice, the staff was helpful and the fact that breakfast was included was awesome, it was also very very close to termini which is a big plus when traveling Rome. Maybe the neigborhood was a little sketchy at night but nothing happened.

Shared bathroom we’re kind of hard. Not well kept. Showers were all and musty. Some guest kept inundating the bathroom and it was a pain to have to shower in the mornings after them.

Запомнился приятный комплимент от хозяина - бесплатные круассаны. Отличное место, если вам нужно чисто переночевать и Вы весь день гуляете по Риму. Было немного грязновато в комнате, под кроватями было пыльно. Ездили зимой, было прохладно в комнате.

The people is nice, but on Sundays they don't do cleaning, so toilet paper was missing, the kitchen didn't have paper either. I had to look in there cleaning lady cabinet to find some napkins. Only 3 bathrooms for 7 rooms, 2 nights the hot water was not working, the door of the room had a gap and it was stuffed with plastic bags... A disaster. The "breakfast" were some "cornettos" that if you pay attention, the same ones were there for 2 or 3 days. The heater, was really poor and for summer, they put a mobile air conditioner, but they did a HOLE in the window, so in winter you can't open the curtains to get some light... Is dark as hell. The second day I've asked the manager for a refund because we wanted to leave and he refused... Is expensive and bad.

• Agata (3/5): Nie polecam - Plus za rogaliki na śniadanie. Zimna woda przez trzy dni pobytu, w ostatni dzień przed odjazdem byłam w stanie wziąć ciepły prysznic. W pokoju brak ogrzewania, kołdra cienka bez poszewki, cały obiekt był nieogrzewany, dodatkowo pani sprzątająca otwierała drzwi na taras także fundowała mi wyjście z lodowatego prysznica prosto na otwarte drzwi na zewnątrz. Ściany tak cienkie, ze słychać bylo zwykłe rozmowy za ścianą. W kuchni na kanapie spał jeden jakiś mężczyzna, chyba jeden pracowników, co było niepokojące. Na recepcji nikogo nie było przez większość czasu. Kontakt z właścicielem tylko przez booking. Pracownicy nie mówili po angielsku, nie można się było z nikim dogadać. Na wejściu chłopak z recepcji wziął mój dowód i zrobił zdjęcie mojego dokumentu. Właściciel upewniał mnie że nic się z nim nie stanie ale nie jest to legalne. Bardzo mnie to niepokoiło. Do tej pory nie wiem, co stanie sie z moimi danymi. Okolica wprawdzie blisko stacji metra ale nie jest tam bezpiecznie. Na wejsciu pobrano ode mnie podatek miejski ale nie otrzymałam żadnego pokwitowania. Nie polecę tego miejsca niestety.
• Fedorowicz (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie zajdziesz piechotą , duży przestronny pokój, tylko do przespania się i jako niskobudżetowy wyjazd jest ok, codziennie pyszne rogaliki dla gości, miły właściciel Aneks kuchenny jest i wyposażenie też, lecz, nie da się z niego korzystać, np. żeby zrobić sobie jajecznicę czy podgrzać kiełbasę - duży minus, tylko do dyspozycji mikrofalówka. W obiekcie chłodno.
