• Kamil (9/5): Parkování - Vše dle popisu. Giovanni je pečlivý hostitel. Byt byl připraven. Lokalita je blízko metra přímo do centra a byt odstíněn hluku z ulice. Dům byl klidný a čistý. Byt pro 3, ale max. 4 osoby. Potraviny si zakoupíte v docházkové vzdálenosti (lidl, 500m) u metra. Ty opravdu nezbytné blízko do 100m v carrefour express. Pizzerie naproti domu, kavárna za dalších 50m. Co chcete víc...? Parkování zdarma je sice nedaleko, ale trvale obsazené, chce to vytrvat a volné místo si uhlídat. Jinak platíte 2Euro za každou hodinu v čase od 8-19h. I o víkendu.
• Florin (10/5): Excelent - Clean, spacious apartment, located in a quiet area, in a block with an interior courtyard. Nearby, 5 minutes walk, there are two tram and trolleybus stations, to the Dom and to the Central Station. Coffee and warm croissants can be found in the morning in the area, as well as a Careefour Market. Free parking spaces on the street. The host Giovanni is very hospitable and responded quickly to all our requests. -
• Ana (10/5): Muy bien, cómodo y limpio - El cuidado de la casa y la organización estaba hecha con mucho cariño. Se nota que el dueño pone mucho esfuerzo para que los huéspedes estén cómodos y disfruten de la ciudad. La localización también es buena, estando cerca de varios tipos de transporte diferentes. Todo muy bien, por señalar algo, el sofá cama no era muy cómodo, pero era más que suficiente.

• Anton (10/5): Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. - Es war alles wie angegeben. Uns wurde bei Fragen immer geholfen und wir haben viele Empfehlungen bekommen für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc. Der Gastgeber war einfach toll und die Unterkunft war perfekt. Tatsächlich gar nichts.

• Eden (10/5): Great! - We stayed for a one night. It was a great stay. It is close to the Metro station and to tram. The apartment was clean and tidy. The shower room had one step.

• Wojciech (9/5): - Dobrze wyposażony lokal, czysty, można było robić własne jedzenie + Szukanie kluczy ale do ogarnięcia jak nie jest się 14h po podróży z dziećmi. Praktycznie brak bezpłatnego miejsca (ale się udawało to na +) a ulice zapełnione nawet płatnymi.

• Robert (10/5): A friendly, clean and well connected apartment that helped make our visit to Milan perfect. - This was one of the nicest, cleanest and well organised apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Giovanni made sure we knew everything we had to, from an easy check in, through some excellent recommendations for the city to make sure this was a truly memorable trip.
• Zhanar (10/5): Everything: from remote check-in to accommodation and check-out - very convenient and safe - Giovanni thought of every little detail and was very attentive to the guests. He was in touch all the time, explained the conditions of check-in in detail. The apartment has all the amenities, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean. A bit far from the metro (not too far, 15 minutes walk), but close to the tram

His place is fantastic: clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here to anyone. We had a wonderful experience! The location is also great, with restaurants nearby and a tram just a few minutes away. Nothing.

• Giedrius (10/5): Good value for money, easy acces to city center, friendly host. - Apartment is equiped as needs for some days stay. Big thanks for owner Giovanni. Everything is thought out by the host. Great communication. All questions can be answered at the right moment. Recomend. The food stores are quit close if needed, acces to city center easy. The tram or bus stops are near by. There is some issues for car patking, not easy to find the unpayable place, but on the street ( payable, work days 8-19h, 2 €/hour )no problem.

• Milena (9/5): Superb - The host is very accommodating of all the requests and is fast in communication. Check-in and check-out process is a whole quest with finding/returning the keys but also fun 😀 The apartment is well equipped, clean, free coffee and tea available to various tastes of the guests. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, so sleep quality is also good. Once again, the host is very welcoming and accommodating of all the requests so we had no problem in the apartment and all the questions were resolved. However, the host controls the heating in the apartment, so you need to ask him to turn it on, to increase it or keep it on a higher temperature. We left the apartment at 10.30 as the host offered (and thanks once again for that), but in general, 10am or even 10.30 is too early for check-out, people are on holiday :))
• Duygu (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is so friendly and helpfull, easy to reach him for any question. His suggestions about city, transport and restaurants were great. The place is big very clean and comfortable. Easy to reach with tram, bus and metro. The area was quite. The house was full prepared with clean towels, bedsheets. Some snacks, coffee and a welcoming water was really thoughtfull. We enjoyed our staying with our kid. There is nothing that i didnt like.
