• Shenton (7/5): Pleasant stay - Location Key collection tricky as unable to drop down in store easily or get out for older guests. Plants and skirtings dusty not good for dust allergy. No toilet roll save for limited amount on roll no towels out and had to search for them. Bed need memory foam toppers. Earlier check in needs highlighting as an option.

• Michelle (6/5): You get what you pay for - good value for money, and amazing location - Clear communication and instructions; accommodated our early check-in request. The location is fabulous - hard to be more convenient vs. Pavilion Rd and the Sloan Sq tube stop. Value for money was VERY good for london and this neighborhood. It was spacious and as advertised. You get what you pay for a bit here. It's fine, but a bit run down in the finishings. Didn't look or feel super clean (some dust; one towel was visibly dirty) and the beds are pretty bad (lumpy mattress, not soft bedding) but pillows were great.

• Daniel (6/5): Okay, but not able to shower - Good location, good size property. The shower was freezing cold meaning two of us had to go without a shower, having spent nearly £400 for one night, we deemed this not be to a satisfactory standard. We did not feel we got what we paid for reasonably.
• Ying (8/5): Very good - The Cadogan Suite by Harrods is a wonderful place to stay in London. The location is excellent, just a short walk from King’s Road. The apartment is clean, neat, and spacious—highly recommended for comfort and convenience! Please note that it is a basement unit, accessible via a flight of steps.
