• Linh (4/5): - 5h chiều mới nhận phòng mà sàn nhà ẩm ướt như vừa mới lau xong, đi chơn trượt, hỏi thì nói là nồm nhưng chắc chắn ko phải nồm vì không thể nồm mà chỉ có sàn nhà mới ướt, nhà vệ sinh cũng ướt lênh láng. Địa chỉ để ở khác với địa chỉ trên booking, nên gắn địa chỉ cụ thể hoặc định vị cho KH thuận tiện tìm.
• Long (10/5): Hightly Recommend! - Vị trí siêu thuận lợi, rất gần đường lớn nhưng lại cực kì yên tĩnh cho việc nghỉ ngơi, ô tô vẫn vào được ngõ, phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi nấu nướng, giặt sấy, nước lọc 20 lít uống rất đã, chắc chắn sẽ còn quay lại

• Praveen (8/5): Good value of money - People will contact us in advance and explain everything in advance. In my case contacted person was very helpful. We were able to ask anything from her. I think better use new equipments and bedding materials. Or clean them very hard.

• S (10/5): Tuyệt - Phòng to rộng, sạch sẽ thoải mái, check in khá thuận lợi, không gặp vấn đề, chăn mền được thay nên khá thích, rất okela tivi hơi lỗi😭xem phim bộ 1 lúc là bị tắt đi nên hơi buồn. Trừ tivi thì mọi thứ đều okela✌🏻

The air conditioning was also next-level cold (hallelujah), which was a total lifesaver.. Despite booking a “garden city view” room, what I got was a solid view of concrete walls — not exactly the peaceful outlook I was hoping for. There also weren’t enough clear instructions for check-in or general info on arrival, which made things a bit confusing. To their credit, the host did respond quickly to messages and tried to address the issues. That said, the bed and couch were rock solid — uncomfortably hard. Definitely something that needs improving for future guests.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The atmosphere was cozy, and the location was convenient for exploring Hanoi.I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!
• Koji (6/5): Good value, but facilities are so so - Washmachine with dryer. Difficult location. Grab car can reach 100m away. Shower room and toilet room are separate, but when use shower room, all water goes to toilet and floor become wet.

• Nathan (4/5): I feel that I was taken advantage of as a foreigner. Locals would never accept this treatment - The apartments have a very bad mold problem. Two times they gave me a dirty apartment. Dirty linens. Dirty bathroom. Food on the counter. Dirty dishes. Hand prints on the walls. Animal hair in the bed. When I asked for a refund they kept a very high nightly rate. Why should I pay extra for such poor service?

• Linh (8/5): REALLY RECOMMENDED !! FRFR - The place felt quite like home as host provided almost everything we needed. The people working for the accommodation is also polite and nice. The gate requires our finger print to open which makes it really safe. Best thing about this place is probably how we had the whole floor to ourselves, and our floor was the top floor and there's a rooftop area that had the cutest view. It is so close to the West Lake as well, perfect for those that wants to stay somewhere that has everything but can't handle the city central like me (because the central is always bustling and full of travellers, makes me feel less like home). Host replies a bit slow sometimes on text but most of the time should be fine if you just straight up call her. Rice cooker was broken but someone came with a working one the next day.

• Steven (9/5): Superb - An excellent place to stay if you don't want to be in the centre but still in walking distance of shops, eateries, etc. a lovely big space with everything you'd need to stay for a long (or short) period of time. Location is a little off from description. There was a little confusion with finding the place which makes ordering grab taxis a little difficult also but once you know where you are and can navigate the small alleys, it's fine.

• John (9/5): Nice place with good amenities for a very fair price - The place had good amenities and Huan was super friendly and helpful the whole time. He was great with helping to check in and everything too. WiFi also good. The mattress is really uncomfortable but we spoke to the staff and they were able to provide an extra duvet for us to sleep on and this improved it a lot.
