• Refik (5/5): It is a good place for large group - I would say, if they spend 10,000€ the villa would be perfect. Currently it is outdated and needs a lot of fixing. So, what i liked about it is, the location, the view, the complex where it is located, the private parkings (2 cars), the space (can fit 10-12) easily. As i mentioned before, it is outdated, and needs renovation. Almost everything is going to fall apart. The hot water runs after 2-3 people got theirs showers. The swimming pool is not heated so you cannot use it in winter time (December for us). The beds are not comfortable at all. And don’t forget that you have to pay 500€ as a deposit that you will get them after 7-9 days of the check out…which i don’t understand why they need to keep the money that long

• Guest (9/5): Worth the price. - It was peaceful and quiet, gorgeous view from the terrace, and a lot of space inside villa. Having washing machine was very helpful. Private parking for 2 cars in the garage. Having only one remote control for entrance gate was really annoying, as we did not travel all together all the time. It took a while to get security deposit back, apparently there were some complications on the bank.
• Sarah (6/5): - The property was lovely, a nice size to accommodate our family I was upset that the deposit was expected on our arrival but then took over 2 weeks to be returned to my uk account. When the funds were finally received as the euro rate was higher this meant in pounds I received less, which after 2 weeks of waiting in unsatisfactory.
• Nolan (9/5): - Loved the pool kids got great enjoyment from it and the size of the villa had loads of space and the view from the villa is stunning Beds were very uncomfortable, oven could do with bein updated as you couldnt see the signs on the handles to work the oven and there was only 1 oven tray inside and as we had 9 people in the villa we needed at least 2. Downstairs bathroom at the pool there was a very damp mouldey smell but other than that there was no problems or issues in the villa.

• Ashley (8/5): Solid 8/10 stay - Amazing place a sold 8/10 for us of 9 who stayed there. Only thing that was disappointing with not all shower had hot water. If the inside was modern I believe this can be a 10/10 place to stay. The view is incredible to wake up to every day. We was unsure what was was walking into with the bad reviews but there was no cockroaches anywhere to be seen but we all enjoyed our stay will defo be booking this again 100%.
• Maikel (9/5): Really spacious - Great big villa with a wonderful view of the ocean! Really spacious, perfect for big groups of friends. Good location, 5-6 minutes drive to the beach. Friendly hosts, special thanks to the guide Valery, whom we were lucky to meet, and who helped us organize our vacation and conducted wonderful excursions around the island! Great experience! As for the downsides, in several showers the drain does not work very well
