• Noterdaeme (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf - Bij problemen kun je via email contact hebben met het guesthouse. Dat werkte vlot. Voor ons was er te weinig licht in de woonkamer. Er waren enkel sfeerlampen waarvan er slechts 1 werkte. Verlichting in de gang werkte niet zodat je moest bijlichten om sleutelgat te vinden. Automatische sleutel om binnen te komen werkte niet.

• Katalin (10/5): Kiváló - A környék rendezett és tiszta volt, a ház amelyben található a lákás gyönyörű, csendes. A lakás minden szükséges géppel felszerelt: mosógatógép, mosógép, klíma, vasaló, sütő, hütőszekrény, kávéföző stb... Igazán kényelmes és gyönyörű, sokkal többet kaptunk mint amire számítottunk. Egy csodás élmény volt. Nekünk nem volt negatív tapasztalatunk.

• Olivia (6/5): Overall the accommodation was comfortable and accessible, however the facilities need some deep cleaning/modernising - Very spacious and very easy to checkin and access. Living room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the fact that there was heating and aircon in the room. There were lots of good restaurants in the area to enjoy and direct access to the river which makes navigation easy. The shower didn’t drain and water temperature wasn’t consistent. When first using the shower the water turned rusty/dirty and then the rest of the trip within a minute you’d be standing in ankle deep water when showering. The kitchen sink also had stains on it and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The location wasn’t great value for money. Lost sites were 45 mins - 1 hour walk away which was a bit of a nuisance at times.

• Armen (8/5): Big apartment in a good neighborhood - Big apartment in a good neighborhood Only a small part of the dishes can be used with the stove. It took some time before we figured out how to cook. Although not the fault of the owner/managing company, bear in mind that the apartment is too far from the metro. Buses don’t follow the schedule properly, so we had to walk home many times, either from the metro station or even from the city center.

• Natasha (8/5): The apartment suited our basic needs while staying in Rome. - The place was clean and exactly as pictured. It apartment building and neighbourhood felt very safe and is close to many bus lines. It is about a 20 minute walk to Vatican City. It didn’t have a homey feeling at all, and the kitchen is set up only for bringing in take-away, and not at all for cooking.

• Immanuel (8/5): Very good overall, though there were a few grievances. - Property had a working kitchen and air conditioning, which was very good. The cleaners did a great job prior to move in and everything was very clean. The price and the location was very good for the quality. I wish the policy was more upfront about getting keys, especially if more than one person requires keys. Some of the door handles were in iffy shape and I believe one of the outlets in the living room didn’t work and some of the plug-in lights did not work. Other than that, the property was in good condition.

• Arunas (9/5): Superb - Spacious for 4 people, quiet place, very close to small groceries shops, cafe, pizza. Good Wifi-6 and desk space for gaming. Good heating for January. Good kitchen equipment. A bit far from centre, metro is 1 km away, but still did most sightseeing on foot.
