• grace (10/5): 大阪観光では、是非moof で快適に！ - オーナーさんの対応が素晴らしいです。 リクエストを柔軟に対応して下さいました。 宿泊分のベッドシーツ、タオル、枕がエクストラで提供されていて、快適でした。 ペット用品が充実していて、余計な荷物を持参する事なく、安心でした。 チェックインandチェックアウトが非対面でスムーズで安心して過ごせました。 特にございません。
• Lucas (10/5): - The location was amazing, easy access to the train and a beautiful street market with quite a few Korean offerings. I was pleasantly surprised to get “KFC”(Korean Fried Chicken) 2 blocks from our booking. The neighborhood and the building were so quiet considering how busy everything was and how close you are to action. The space itself was decently sized, I love the layout of this place the amenities were good too. Something I didn’t like about the property but isn’t necessarily a bad thing was there seemed to be a leak in the hose that attached to the washer. My husband turned off the water (seemed to stop the leak) and we contacted the property. They arrived within 12 hours (offered to come sooner) and they fixed what they needed too. They were very responsive to my numerous questions even regarding the soap in the shower (amazing!). Thank you for letting my family stay here on our journey. Well worth it!
• Maxim (8/5): Great hub base for day trips - Very convenient location - close to various types of public transport, helps getting around quicker. Makes day trips very convenient. Overall the place was very practical. We had a pleasant stay. The host is very nice - communicative and polite. No frying pan. Not a very comfortable setup for lounging. The apartment shows signs of heavy use. You can hear trucks passing in the alley during morning hours.

• AYA (5/5): - 交通の便 コインパーキングがすぐ側にあるのは有難かったです。 また鶴橋駅も近く、移動に便利でした。 良くないという訳ではありませんが、もう少し...という点あげさせていただきます。 プロジェクターはあるものの、リアルタイムでテレビ放送を見ることができない(天気予報などリアルタイムで見たかった) 食器や洗剤は揃っているのに、食器用ふきんはなく食器乾燥機もなかった(水切りトレーのみ) お風呂はシャワーも浴槽もあるのに、風呂桶、椅子ともになかった(なくても問題ない人もいると思うが、日本人にはあると便利) 犬と泊まれたのは良かったが、ソファやベッド上での過ごし方について案内が曖昧(マナーパンツ着用なら乗っても大丈夫とか全く不可など、明確な提示があると泊まる方は安心できる) ちゃんと管理しようとする姿勢なのかもしれませんが、犬も泊まれる宿と謳うなら、ゴキブリコンバットは見えない位置か手の届かない位置に置くことをおすすめします。

• ミ (7/5): わんこOK - 広くてきれいで洗濯もできて3泊だったので助かりました。冷蔵庫も冷凍スペースがありちゃんと機能してました。ペットも一緒に泊まれるのでありがたいです。 歩いてすぐにスーパー2件とコンビニもあり、飲食店も多数あり、食べるものには不自由しません。 内装がホームページで見るよりDIY感満載でした（笑） ベランダにもグリーン敷いてくださってて、ワンコのおトイレにも助かりました。(もちろんおむつして用を足します) テレビが見れない。朝のニュースが見たかった。 ペットシーツや犬の食器台があるとうれしい。 充電器もあるとなお嬉しい。 浴槽のざらつきが少し気になりました。
• Annie (9/5): Superb - The place is so clean, and the location is superb especially when you are going to USJ. We have our dog with us and its so easy cause they have everything we need. The check and out are easy. The parking area is near and cheap compared to others. Will definitely back in this place. Nothing! Everthing is great!
• Zoulia (10/5): Perfect stay in Osaka - We liked everything about this flat - it was the best accommodation among all the others that we booked during 2 5 weeks in Japan. the photos are very much accurate. The flat is very nice, clean, cozy and just felt like home. We especially liked the projector, it helped to entertain in rainy evenings or when we were too tired after the day trips. We liked everything.
• Erick (10/5): It was cozy. Liked that it is close to downtown Osaka for very cheap. The owner was nice enough to check on us. - Comfortable. Close to downtown Osaka. Able to take a walk and find restaurants and bars within a few minutes if desired. Close to convenience and grocery store ls. Enjoyed having phone charging capabilities and wifi free of charge. Some of the bed sheets were not clean. There were stains on some of the bed sheets and strands of hair above the common area bed. The common area bed may be slightly small for some people. Unable to turn off hallway lights, or at least we couldn’t figure it out, but they go out on their own. People can get noisy outside at night.
• Swarna (9/5): Overall a good place to stay for few days. - As it says the place is very spacious compared to Japanese standards. Finding out the building was a nightmare, as there’s not labelled as moof Osaka outside the building!

• Andrea (10/5): wonderful - just as pictured! very easy check-in and check-out, without needing to talk or meet anyone. a lovely apartment in a modern building with all the necessary amenities plus more. the projector was especially a nice touch. locations-wise, very close to tsuruhashi eki and osaka's famous korean neighborhood. quiet building itself but within a few minutes walking, tons of delicious-smelling and popular restaurants everywhere. will definitely return, for more nights if possible.
