- Joo-hong (4/5): The owner's mind should be ... - There is a market around the flat. The area around the flat is safe and upscale. The dishes were not properly cleaned, so we had to wash them all over again. Although there was a coffee machine, no coffee capsules or tea were provided. There were many hairs on the floor and carpet. The bed was slanted, causing the body to tilt to one side when lying down. The sofa bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. It was stated that there was air conditioning, but only an electric fan was provided. We inquired if it was possible to check in during the evening, but the owner told that check-in had to be done only at 3 PM. However, the key was in the mailbox, and check-in was possible at any time after 3 PM. We canceled our plans to meet the 3 PM check-in time, but it turned out to be unnecessary. Eventhough I am a Genius Level 3 user, this would be the lowest rating I have ever given. I have visited London several times, but after staying at this accommodation, I no longer have any desire to return.
