Located in the fishing village of Candás, a beautiful and highly visited fishing village in the center of Asturias and only 8.7 mi from Gijón, 22 mi from Oviedo, 11 mi from Avilés and 20 mi from the airport. The house is located 328 ft from a playground, 984 ft from a pedestrian path by the sea, 1640 ft. from the town center, 0.6 mi from Candás beach and very close to other beaches. The house is composed of: Ground floor with garage/cellar, kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, children's toys, elliptical, two bicycles, seesaw and table and chairs for 10 people. Main floor with closed terrace with beautiful views and table and chairs for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen, living room with furniture/sofa/dining table and chairs/TV/Wifi/Fireplace/dvd and cd player, and two bedrooms (one with a bed double bed and closet, another with a double bed, closet, TV, and private bathroom) and a full bathroom. Ground floor with three rooms; one with two 35 in beds/TV/dresser and coat rack, another with a double bed/TV/dresser and coat rack and the last one with a double bed/TV/wardrobe and two cots.
