• José Antonio Jab (9/5): - El alojamiento está prácticamente nuevo y muy espacioso, cómodo y tiene todo pará pasar unas buenas vacaciones, cercano a supermercados y la playa,se puede ir andando a todos lados, está genial Lo complicado qué fue al principio para poder entrar,se agradecería un trato más cercano, pero con el tiempo,nos arreglamos bien con las condiciones
• Philippe (9/5): Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. - La situation géographique, dans un quartier calme, un peu à l’écart du centre-ville, mais bien pourvu en commerces de tous genres. La communication avec l’hôte, toujours réactif et aimable. Le confort et les équipements de l’appartement. La place de stationnement suffisamment spacieuse, située en sous-sol de l’immeuble avec un accès facile aux étages par ascenseur et une une rampe d’accès et couloirs de parking faciles. Bien que nous ne l’ayons pas utilisée, nous avons bien aimé la très originale petite terrasse équipée d’un barbecue ! Rien à reprocher à cette location. Nous pourrions facilement y revenir…

Strongly recommend. - The instructions to enter the building and apartment were given via WhatsApp. Everything is done remotely by the owner. Check-in timing is very strict at 17.00. We arrived 15 min earlier, and we couldn't enter because the keys are programmed remotely for 17.00. The interaction with WhatsApp is via AI auto answer Robot. The apartment is well-equipped. the washer dryer was perfect. When you travel with a kid, you need everything that an apartment can offer. The apartment needs a few touches to be perfect. Better quality bed linen. To fix the water leak at the WC. Some of the electrical wall sockets require repair. Improve the cleanness of the shower area. Please use better-quality toilet paper; it costs nothing.

• maria jose (10/5): - El apartamento es una maravilla. No hay ruidos que te importan un descanso perfecto. El colchón muy cómodo y las almohadas son de plumas un detalle para mí muy importante es que hay televisor en el dormitorio. Parezco de zumbido en un oído y necesito un ruido de fondo para dormir y no escuchar mi oído interno. Le doy un 10 para mi parecer. La cocina pequeñita pero muy completa. No le falta detalle horno, microondas, lavavajillas y un completo mensaje. El salón decorado con mucho gusto y el sofá muy cómodo todo perfecto. El baño amplio cómodo para estar dos personas cómodamente. Con un armario empotrado con todo lo necesario para realizar una limpieza del mismo. Aspirador, mopa, fregona y mesa de planchar. La organización te deja una sombrilla por si va a la playa. Un detalle. En la terraza del apartamento es un lugar muy cuidado con todo lo necesario para hacer una barbacoa y disfrutar de una tarde noche o de una comida. Supermercados muy cerca de la casa, día ventura comerciales fantásticos y el centro de la ciudad a diez minutos andando. La playa a cinco minutos andando. Las calles que te llevan a la playa con unos encantadores paseos arbolados. En definitiva. Es un gran lugar para pasar dos personas unos días maravillosos. El personal muy atento en todos los detalles. Volveré. Me gustó todo.

Therefore, it would be good to arrange cleaning and a change of towels after a few days, especially for stays longer than three days.

• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very friendly and always reachable if you need help with anything. The apartment is in a great location and fully equipped with everything you need for a vacation or a longer stay. It’s also great that parking is available and you can enjoy the evening on a nice private terrace. The city center is accessible within a few minutes by a pleasant walk or by metro. Beach is also just few minutes far away. For us, it was more than perfect.
• Burcu (10/5): Unproblematic and cosy stay - everything was brand new. It was decorated very tastefully. Since there was only one room, the children slept on a sofa bed in the living room, so I can say that it was a bit narrow for 4 people, but we rented it knowing this. The sofa bed turned into a bed very easily, it was ready to sleep in 5 minutes with clean sheets. Everything was thought of at home, there were even books to read. The owner had sincerely written instructions for use. It was cute. They said they could offer sun loungers and bicycles if we wanted. We did not use it because we wanted to take a city trip instead of the sea. It had a garage under the construction site. On the rooftop, there was also a beautifully decorated barbecue area. It was a very pleasant way to cool off in the evenings. Being close to the train station and metro stops is ideal for guests without a car. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot. Nothing
