• Mario Fernandez Castillo (8/5): - La ubicación del estudio es magnífica muy cerca de la playa principal. También hay bastante sitio para aparcar. Paco el anfitrión es muy atento. Por poner alguna pega las almohadas son muy duras. El resto genial.

• johan (8/5): Good appartement lots of parking place. - It is a beautifull appartement. Near the sea and near by restaurants and supermarket. A good vieuw. And a very friendly owner Who respond on every question. Parkingplace for the car is no problem and e-bike rental at the corner. We were unlucky with our neighbors. They made a lot of noise ( music etc.)especially at night. The apartment is quite thin for that you can hear people talk. The apartments belong to the same owner, and Paco also spoke to the young people about their behavior, which improved things. ( maybe a tip. Dont rent a beautifull appartement to young guys) However. . The appartement are good and luxe. Top.
• Margaret (10/5): - The accommodation was very well maintained and clean with the required accessories for the stay. It is easily accessible by both private and public means. It is a very close proximity to the beach, a nearby restaurant and supermarket and to adjacent cities such as Alicante and Benidorm. The host was also very kind and accomodative. He allowed us to have an early check in as our flight landed early afternoon and he also extended our check out time as the flight was late in the evening. For that, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

• Mohammadinia (8/5): - Top locatie. Direct aan het strand in een rustigebuurt. Een propere studio. Parkeerplaats dichtbij. Een vriendelijke uitbater, jammergenoeg spreekt hij enkel Spaans.
• Henk (9/5): Weg van de hectiek van de drukke costa's. - Rustige locatie op de begane grond. Het appartement is ook heel geschikt voor mensen die minder goed ter been zijn. De zee is bijna voor de deur. Het was een wonder om daar een stuk ongerepte kust aan te treffen, heel mooi. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaar. Niets.

Waited for us, and he explained everything, give us some shops and restaurants tips . Excellent . If ever back in Villajoyosa , we will definitely stay there . Everything was perfect .

• Carl (9/5): Very enjoyable stay and would use again, delightful town and very pleasant location - location, nice apartment in very quiet and safe area. Sea view and sunny open front terrace, very clean all facilities worked well and host always on hand for anything need or ask Outdoor seating not very comfy, could do with sun loungers. Hot plate for cooking was a bit tricky to fathom and use but we didn't burn anything and we did cook some days so just have your wits about you when using it and it will be fine.

• Peter (7/5): Good apartment, not so good location. - The apartment is clean, new and comfortable. The empty unit next door but one was being worked on during our stay so we had building noise all day from 8 a.m. The apartment is on the edge of the Villajoyosa away from the centre of both the town and the main beach area. There is no key safe or electronic entry system so you have to wait for the host to both check in and out.
