• Maksim (1/5): - В целом очень чистый и уютный хостел со всеми удобствами. Все удобства мне очень понравились. Не понравилось отношение персонала. Первое - утром в комнату вошли люди и сказали, что нужно переезжать в другую комнату, потому что в данной будет производиться ремонт. Заставили выехать и ожидать в общей зоне пару часов, пока подготовят другую комнату. На следующее утро в новой комнате мне сыпалась побелка со стены на голову, пока я чистил зубы, из за ремонта в соседней комнате. Если на первый момент можно закрыть глаза, то второй вот такой: Я по ошибке забронировал и оплатил проживание на букинге в комнате для женщин. При заселении мне сообщили, что я могу заменить проживание на мужскую комнату но с доплатой в 90 песо (5 долларов примерно). Я согласился, но позже проверил на сайте, что в любой день цены для мужских и женских комнат одинаковы. В общем я сделал 4 платежа: Оплата за проживании (онлайн) Налоги и сборы (онлайн) Туристический сбор (при заселении наличкой) За смену комнаты с женской на мужскую 90 песо (при заселении наличкой) В хостеле работают взрослые женщины, которые ведут себя и смотрят на туристов так, будто они начальницы, а туристы это подчинённые

• Patricia (9/5): Good value stay in a central area - I think this place deserves a higher score. Was clean and they provide towels. There’s a lovely outdoor area. WiFi works. Location is next to a park with fantastic street food and atmosphere. You cannot sit up properly in the dorm beds. The water dispenser doesn’t work well.

Grand calme, propreté, eau tres chaude et grande pression pour les douches, a 2 pas du chedraui, a quelques pas des bus pour se rendre a la plage, pas cher, dortoir génial avec lumière individuelle et rideau...on entend rien d'autre que le silence ! Personnel attentif, on peux également laisser nos valises lors du check out et...Et ils fournissent une serviette et les draps sont fait de coton pur. Meilleur qu'un grand hôtel Rien

• Kyle (6/5): LISTED PRICE DOUBLES IN COST BE AWARE - Location was close to hotel zone bus and market… Price online $8 dollars but in reality you pay $15 or $16 dollars. Stayed one night and one staff member asked the owner how much would it be for an extra night? The owner responded $16 (as a special price) laughable. The bathroom looks horrible but has hot water. The only reason I was thinking about extending another night was because I didn’t want to wait to check in another hostel and carry my things around. Also the employee energy changed when I said I was checking out instead. She went from somewhat friendly to a rough “Bye”!!! Upon my departure. The hostel needs improvement and the price/value doesn’t match. It shouldn’t cost $16 dollars after taxes and fees if listed at $8 for the night. So be aware of extra cost. Better options nearby! Which are Cleaner, more amenities, and remains close to markets, ADO, etc.

• Noelle Luisa (10/5): - Pasamos una noche en la suite y nos sentimos súper a gusto. La habitación estaba muy limpia, moderna y las camas eran muy cómodas. Meche nos recibo con mucha amabilidad y el check-in fue rápido y bien organizado. En la zona hay un montón de buenos restaurantes, cafeterías y parques o espacios verdes muy agradables para relajarse. Además, la estación de autobuses ADO está a solo 5 minutos caminando. Sin duda, recomendamos mucho este hotel.

• Emilie (10/5): Perfecto :) - La dame qui m'a accueillie était très gentille et agréable. Cet Hostel est spatieux et dispose de plusieurs espaces communs. Je ne suis restée qu'une nuit mais c'était très confortable et propre. Il y a la climatisation et des locker dans les dortoirs. Je recommande vraiment ! Tout était parfait :)

• Christine (10/5): Oasis de paix au cœur du centre-ville de Cancun - Oasis de paix au cœur du centre-ville de Cancun, cette superbe auberge de jeunesse séduit par ses murailles colorées et son emplacement idéal, à deux pas du terminus d’autobus ADO, ainsi que de plusieurs restaurants et parcs. On y trouve une magnifique terrasse tranquille pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie, un espace extérieur pour faire sécher les vêtements, ainsi qu’un salon et une salle à manger intérieurs confortables. Les chambres offrent des lits très confortables avec salle de bain semi-privée. Le personnel, souriant et serviable, est toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Un lieu à la fois central et calme en soirée, parfait pour bien dormir. La cuisine est petite, donc une certaine gestion de temps si on veut cuisiner sur place.

• Cinzia (10/5): Buen lugar para hospedarse. - La decoración de murales y mobiliario hacen el lugar realmente especial, las camas son cómodas, sábanas y habitación limpias, baño en la habitación con ducha, tienen enchufe en las literas, te dan toalla, la habitación con litera femenina, silenciosa y con A/C, el patio interior muy agradable. Puedes usar la cocina y tienen agua filtrada para beber. Aparqué en la misma puerta del hostel, hay parking a lo largo de la calle. Recibí una muy agradable bienvenida. El equipo del hostel me trató muy bien. En una de las duchas no salía buena temperatura de agua caliente, pero en otra que utilicé sí. Aunque me dejaron guardar mis maletas hasta después del checking out se pagan 50 pesos si quieres ducharte.

• Coralie (8/5): Globalement très bien - Le confort et l’intimité du lit avec le rideau. L’espace extérieure était agréable. Il y a une cuisine partagé et une fontaine d’eau purifiée accessible. La douche était bouchée, l’eau ne s’écoulait pas correctement. Lors de mon arrivée il n’y avait personne à la réception, un client a fini par m’ouvrir pour que j’attende à l’intérieur. La réceptionniste est finalement arrivée quelques minutes après. Ce n’était pas très grave mais peut être qu’un mot prévenant qu’elle était bientôt de retour m’aurais rassurée. Car la nuit venait de tombée et j’étais fatiguée par mon voyage. J’ai aussi dû payé une taxe sur place, ce n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation il me semble.

If yiu follow the rules, The Boathouse is hard to beat. An international Artist has muraled the courtyard, it's spectacular. Need a clock in the kitchen. I'll go buy one

• Ricardo (5/5): Pagos no transparentes bien para pasar una noche - La ubiación Falta limpieza, mantenimiento, ventilación, el colchón de la litera que me tocó, estaba pésimo, se podían sentir los resortes, tienes que pagar un impuesto extra a la hora de hacer checkin, que no corresponde a lo que muestra la aplicación y además no te dan recibo oficial de impuestos, creo que mas bien es un extra para ellos para poder ofrecer un precio atractivo en la plataforma.

• Mahine (7/5): Simple , pour dormir. - L'accès a l'eau potable, l'endroit est simple ok pour une nuit. Je suis venue juste pour ma nuit d'arrivée au Mexique. Il faut marcher bien 15 min pour la station ADO. Avec les sacs c'était un peu sport . Je suis arrivée le soir et j'ai pu constater qu'il y a des rues animées mais aussi des rues à proximité où je ne conseillerais pas d'y aller le soir. L'établissement est sans plus, correct. Pratique pour une escale, juste pour dormir.

• Pamela (8/5): - La ubicación es cómoda porque hay muchas cosas útiles cerca, sobre todo para quien viaja sin compañía. Me pareció super gentil que tengan dispenser de agua a disposición(con hielo en el refrigerador!) siendo q no hay agua potable y hace tanto calor todo el tiempo. La gente muy buena onda y mercedes un amor, y bastante organizado todo dentro del hostel, para dormir, cocinar y descansar. Creo q la habitación (compartida) podría haber tenido una fuente de luz natural (no había ventana). A mi me gusta eso. Y faltaría un sector para lavar aunq sea a mano una repita y tenderla.

• Lyudmyla (2/5): - I decided to stay for one night before my flight and ended up regretting it. The accommodation for one night was paid through Booking, but there was a tax that had to be paid on site at the hostel. Okay. I arrived around 9:30 p.m. hoping to settle in quickly, but the card terminal did not accept my card. We tried again and the same thing happened. Then we tried to make the payment via email, but again it didn’t work. This was strange, as I had been traveling around Mexico for three weeks without any issues, and this happened right at the end (of course, I didn't have any cash since the plane was the next day). This was the first hostel on the whole trip where I had to pay extra on the spot. They don’t accept Canadian dollars, only U.S. dollars. The receptionist called the manager and the answer was to withdraw cash. I suggested buying something or trying to make the payment online in another way, since I had already paid for the accommodation on Booking with this card, but the answer was still cash. So in order to pay 80 Mexican pesos, I had to go to an ATM, withdraw the money, and pay a bank fee on top of that. When I asked if I could do it in the morning, I was told no, it had to be done today. It was already 10 p.m. I asked again because it was quite late, but the answer was still no, it had to be now. As a result, I had to go out at 10 p.m. to look for an ATM, withdraw 100 Mexican pesos (since 80 cannot be withdrawn), and pay a bank fee of 113 pesos. Is this a customer-oriented approach from the hostel? I don’t think so. Oh yeah, and I'll attach a photos (unfortunately I can’t attach a video) of the shower stall. It's horrible and not for humans
• Béline (10/5): Au top !! - L’emplacement est top, à 10 min de la gare routière et très proche du centre de la ville. L’hostel est propre, avec une cuisine bien équipée, des espaces communs et des dortoirs confortables et une super équipe d’accueil !!!
• Grace (6/5): Good budget option for Cancun. - Good location in downtown Cancun. Lots of amenities nearby. We had the private room and it had very nice AC. Room was clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. Most spoke English. The shower drain in the semi private restroom didn’t drain very well and the water didn’t get hot. The fitted bed sheets didn’t stay on the bed, and each night we had to put them back on.

• Josephine (7/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung in der Küche gut. Und es ist in der Nähe alles schnell zu erreichen. Im oberen Bett ist die Decke sehr niedrig. Es ist nicht möglich im Bett zu sitzen. Und ein Fenster wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten für den Preis wirklich gut.
