- Mark (1/5): Bad - As soon as I turned the air conditioning on, with in ten minutes, one of the permanent residents would turn it off. This was an incredibly uncomfortable stay in the peak of Perth heat.

- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly couple. Greeted at the door and shown around. Comfortable single room in quiet location, across the road from the park. Fridge and freezer, great coffee machine, fast and free internet, digital lock on bedroom door, filtered water, clean kitchen and dishes. Mate! That's pretty awesome value for $65 a night, especially in Perth! No TV
