• Derek (9/5): A good low cost accomodation with shared facilities. - I was looking for a quiet comfortable place to sleep as I was out from 7am - 8pm each day. This accomodation provided that without breaking the bank (hotels were too costly). The bed was very comfortable and sharing the bathroom was not a problem. Everything was very clean. As a bonus, I met some very interesting and friendly guests which is enjoyable for me. Having a place to park a rental car was great too. Lots of restaurants nearby for those who require them. At this price range, I would not expect anything more. Thank you.

The room was incredibly quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and get a great night's sleep. I really appreciated that all the essential toiletries were provided, which was a very thoughtful touch. Most importantly, the host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Everything was clean and exactly as described—I would definitely book here again!

• Nisarg (8/5): Cozy and Comfortable place for a single working professional - The location was perfect (residential area) and free parking was included on premise, as promised. The owner helped to facilitate the spot for the parking upon my arrival along with warm welcome. The room was private, cozy, quiet along with little powder room to get ready in the morning before office hours. The main washroom was downstairs shared with 3 other guests as well as host. It was nearly perfect stay for 1 night and reasonable price for the location (35 mins drive to Downtown Toronto) and 3 mins drive to Finch Station TTC subway. Loved the little snack and milk chocolate :) Main washroom super clean though there wasn't much space in the tub (people with heavy bodies may have problem, I am slender so made sense to me). It'd be nice to have door mat to dry feet after taking shower. It'd also nice to have shower hours starting from 6am instead of 7am considering most people prefer to wake up early and take shower before work.

Polite, Near Mall + TTC. - The hosts provided small things one might forget to pack such as tooth brushes, towels, toothpaste and disposable slippers. Although they were present the entirety of our stay they were quiet and polite and not controlling/invasive. Everyone who stayed there was quiet and respectful. Clean home, fish tank was a cute add and they provided coffee for the Keurig Machine. Boyfriend loved the stay. The hosts were present the entirety of the stay. Could be seen watching tv in common area, making food in kitchen and in their rooms with the door cracked open slightly. My partner and I were making breakfast and they came in and it was slightly awkward for me.

But the main floor bathroom ran out of TP and there was not another roll to be found. The location was further out from the core than I expected. The TV was very frustrating to watch, constantly timing out and resetting.

Location was the best for me. The room was comfy enough and bed was wonderful. I had a separate but right next door restroom with a nice sized shower room and bath tub as well as toilet. There’s nothing I can mention. Everything was just fine and the host even welcomed me to use kitchen and the utensils and instant coffee and tea bags were plus the hot water were available, as well as access to refrigerator if someone would like to use it for restoring some of their leftover food or fruits during one’s stay at the property. In overall, i can say it felt at home, away from home and for a short stay,

Which was an inconvenience.The room could really do well with a long mirror on the wall. Asked the host if they had an iron I could use and I had no response after I was asked what room I was in.

Tout était très propre et il y avait le nécessaire (serviettes etc.). Les propriétaires ont l'air sympathiques. Le prix n'est pas très élevé pour Toronto. J'avais la chambre numéro 2 à côté de la salle de bain et c'était très bruyant. L'isolation phonique n'est pas bonne. Une personne a pris sa douche à 1h du matin, puis une autre vers 5h etc. Sans compter les gens qui vont aux toilettes pendant la nuit. J'entendais la douche, le lavabo, la chasse d'eau des toilettes etc. Difficile de dormir.

Thank you!! - After an Airbnb cancellation from the property owner as he decided to sell his house, we had to find another place to stay within 3 weeks before our concert! We got very lucky to find this stay. It was very clean, located near Yonge St. and got a free parking spot. The room had toiletries available to us and we were lucky to be in Room 3 that had a private washroom as I'm a pumping mom and needed to wash my pumps frequently. Overall a very satisfying stay!

Gutes WiFi, ausreichend Steckdosen vorhanden. Es gibt nur 1 Badezimmer für 4 Gästezimmer. Dusche & Toilette befinden sich im selben Raum, d.h. wenn jemand duscht, ist auch die Toilette blockiert. Um ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen braucht man entweder ein Auto (würde ich wegen des Verkehrs aber nicht empfehlen) oder muss man sich mit Bus & U-Bahn fortbewegen (für den Weg müsst ihr 30 Min. & mehr einrechnen).

After reserving, I read some reviews and considered canceling, but in the end, I decided to go ahead with it—and I’m glad I did! The house was spotless, and my room had everything you’d expect from a hotel: fresh towels, soap, even slippers :) The host lives downstairs, is available 24/7, and was incredibly helpful. There are 4 total rooms and host has his own bathroom, so did not feel any inconvenience with shared space. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was a mess - untidy, dirty sheets, dirty towels, empty water bottles are scattered, and even thick dusts on fans. Technically, no one made sure the room was clean after the guests before us checked out. There’s also broken fixtures, bed keeps on falling because the support below was broken and nobody cared to fix it — poor maintenance. We paid good money for a clean and comfortable stay, but what we got was far from it. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Le parking gratuit est un atout indéniable, tout comme la facilité d'accès aux transports en commun grâce au bus à proximité. L'équipement est complet et fonctionnel, mais le véritable plus est le confort exceptionnel du matelas qui garantit des nuits réparatrices. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable, et les petits produits offerts ajoutent une touche d'attention appréciable. J'ai passé trois jours très agréables et reposants dans cette chambre.

I stayed for a few days but i sont suggest more than a night or two.This is a very busy house. 4 rooms share the same shower, and wait time is so long. The sound insulation is bad, and even when people walk or talk, the house starts shaking. The cleanness is good, but man, the amount of cleaner materials and air fresheners is insanly high. I couldn't stay in the room for a couple of hours till I left the window open. These cleaners can be bad for the lungs. The owner is helpful, though.
