Gianni (4/5): Needs improvement - Nice smart TV and location close to Calle Pellegrini where there are lots of bars and restaurants There was an issue with collecting the keys and we had to wait until 6pm. There was an issue with the hot water that was going to be sorted but we ended up having no hot water throughout the 2 night stay. The oven didn’t work but was apparently getting replaced later that week. We had a $17,000 discount due to the hot water issue but we would’ve booked elsewhere if we were advised fully on the issues. They were going to refund $3800 more to make it a full nights discount but that never happened snd we didn’t follow up on it.
