• Peter (8/5): - Very nice and cozy apartment. They are a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. Also the metro station is 10 minut by walking. The bed and sofa are not very comfortable for sleep.
• GESTO C (9/5): - Es bastante acogedor, la cocina aunque se ve pequeña está muy bien equipada, tiene armarios muy grandes, secador de pelo, plancha de ropa, lavadora. El baño es bastante amplio, el sitio donde está ubicado aunque la calle está un poco oscura, tienes cerca paradas de tren que te llevan a muchos lugares y en la calle de al lado pasa un bus. A pocos metros tienes varios restaurantes y cafetería.

Найти жильё было легко, и доступ в квартиру по указаниям хозяев был простым. В квартире всё было очень чисто. Удобная кровать, хороший матрас. Спать было комфортно. Раскладным диваном не пользовались. Вся техника в наличии и в рабочем состоянии. Необходимая посуда имеется. Шума с улицы не слышно, дом находится в стороне от дороги, тихо и спокойно. Хороший уютный район. Имеется маленький балкончик со столом и стульями. Вайфай работал отлично. Расположение нам очень понравилось - рядом остановки транспорта - трамвай, автобус, и метро. В любое место без проблем добраться и не долго. Остались очень довольны этим выбором жилья!

The apartments are located close to the subway, which is very convenient for getting around the city. There are small stores in the neighborhood where you can buy delicious ready-made food

• Mariam (10/5): Thanks a lot for helping with the phone, which we left inside after checkout .You did your best ❤️ - Very good location, around 20 mnt to Duomo and Milan centrale, property is very nice and clean. The only thing is Sofa, I would replace it with the better and more comfortable one, as it’s hard for 2 adults to sleep on it. everything was above perfect and met to our expectations 100%

My colleague and I were staying in the same room and had additionally ordered and paid 10 euros for a second set of bed linen, but the bed was neither made for my colleague nor was the linen left. My friend slept under a separate, unmade blanket. Since we arrived at the apartment after 6 PM, I sent an email about the lack of linen. By 2 PM the next day, there was still no reply, so I called the provided phone number. They knew nothing about it. An hour later, they wrote that I would find it in a drawer. I found it in a closed bag under a pile of towels. It was not a good experience.

• Kamila (6/5): If I wouldn’t count the service I’d say I recommend - Quite nice apartment, well equipped, quiet location near metro The week we stayed in Milan was very cold weather. There was no heating, the AC didn’t work and no extra blankets. Not to mention one sheet per two people (we are friends fortunately). We tried to call the service / owner but since it was Friday, we got information that AC is under maintenance a no one cared anymore. We stayed freezing whole stay. Very poor service.

Also, we came to the apartment slightly early (45 minutes) cleaning was in progress but the host said would be done in 5 mins and indeed it was. The host was friendly. Metro is 5 mins The property was excellent. The metro is 5 minutes away to get to places. The area is safe and not crowded. Definitely would recommend this apartment.
