• Zuzana (10/5): Toto ubytování můžeme s čistým svědomím všem vřele doporučit. Dokonalé čisto, báječná hostitelka! - Nevím, čím začít. Všechno bylo naprosto dokonalé. Lokalita skvělá, jen pár kroků od krásné pláže. Měli jsme k dispozici slunečník i sedátka. Perfektně vybavená kuchyně i koupelna, po příjezdu na nás čekala lednice plná nápojů a v mrazáku nanuky pro děti. Postele i gauč byly velmi pohodlné, cítili jsme se tam opravdu jako doma. Všude absolutní čisto, dokonale uklizené. Největší bonus je paní EVA ❤️. Od příjezdu po odjezd je na telefonu neustále k dispozici, má opravdu zájem, jestli se cítíte komfortně a jestli něco nepotřebujete. Poradí vám, jak se kam dostat, kde nakoupit, kde se najíst a čím jet. Po celou dobu tohoto pobytu jsme cítili velice příjemně a ubytování je opravdu krásné, dostupné všemu. Moc děkujeme a budeme všude doporučovat! ❤️

• Petr (10/5): - The host Eva is very helpful and polite. Refreshments were waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped. The best part, apart from the host Eva, is the location. You are only 10 meters from the beach, which is in front of the apartment and right next to it there is a cozy restaurant with grilled fresh fish and seafood. If we ever come back to Malaga, Eva's apartment will be the first choice. Nothing.

Hermosa zona, solo es un poco difícil conseguir lugar para estacionar en la calle del alojamiento pero buscando se consigue en las cercanías. Volveremos cuando volvámos a Málaga. The location is also very advantageous; it's close to the center and just a few steps from the beach. The host was attentive, kind, and helpful in every way. They took great care of our needs and made our stay even more special. In short, La Casita de Mercedes is the perfect choice for those who want to relax and have a pleasant holiday. I wholeheartedly give it a 10/10 and would definitely like to come back!

• Purschok79 (10/5): Schöne, ruhige Umgebung für Málaga-Aufenthalt - Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche im Januar in der obersten Wohnung verbracht. Gute Küchenausstattung (mehrere Möglichkeiten Kaffee zu kochen, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, durchdachte Geschirr- und Besteckauswahl, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl), Willkommens-Drinks im Kühlschrank, sehr gute geräumige Dusche, schöne Terrasse zum Frühstücken in der Morgensonne, Handtücher und Stühle für Strand, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Am Wochenende hat bei gutem Wetter das Restaurant nebenan geöffnet, Geschäfte und weitere Lokale sowie Bushaltestelle in 5 Min erreichbar. Ins Zentrum von Málaga läuft man eine Stunde am Meer (oder nimmt die häufig fahrenden Busse). Ruhige Anliegerstrasse, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Sehr aufmerksame Betreuung durch die Vermieterin - vielen Dank für alles. nichts

Do nejbližšího supermarketu, do restauraci a kavaren nebo na nejbližší autobusovou zastávku je to pár minut chůze. S parkováním před domem nebyl problém, i když v sezóně by mohl být. Bydleli jsme v apartmánu bez terasy v přízemí. Byt je nově zrekonstruovaný, moderně a kompletně vybaven do nejmenších detailů. Potěší například precizní vybavení koupelny či kuchyně včetně zakladnich surovin jako soli, koření, oleje, cukru, čaje, kávy a mnoho dalšího. Pokud něco zapomenete doma, nemáte problem. Perfektní. ---

• Timoer (10/5): An exceptional stay in a well-equipped apartment and an outstanding host - Eva is an exceptional host, the contact went very smooth and we've received many good recommendations for local bars and restaurants. The location is perfect, few steps from the beach and on a quiet street in a local neighborhood. Our favorite part is that you can fall asleep to the sound of waves! In terms of amenities, everything is there you might need, fully equipped kitchen and even a laundry machine. We've stayed on the top floor and one of the highlights is a very large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and sun bath, fake grass on the floor is a nice touch. The apartment is spotless clean, big smart tv is present and logging into wifi is made super easy via QR code. Malaga city center is 30 min away by bus or 15 min by car. We can't recommend enough this place and would definitely come back!

Pudimos dejar el auto en la puerta de la casita sin peligro, la anfitriona muy amable y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Es Málaga Este alejado del centro y quizás si quieres un poco mas de movida a la noche, debes tomarte un Uber a valor aproximado de 7 euros. Cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas de estar cerca de la playa y no tan céntrico con mucha gente. Lo demás impecable.

• Jill (10/5): Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment by the sea, with the best host - We had a fabulous 3 day stay in this lovely apartment on the seafront. It's like a home away from home, with everything you could possibly need. A high-chair, cot and baby bath were readily available for our use which made our stay so easy with our baby. The apartment is steps from the ocean and is within short walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and coffee shops. The host, Eva, was the highlight of our stay. She was there to greet us on arrival, her communication was amazing, she shared lots of helpful tips and recommendations, and she was so kind and warm. She went above and beyond to help us when we struggled to get a taxi to our next stop. The apartment was immaculately clean. We highly recommend this apartment and we would love to come back to stay again. Thank you Eva for the most wonderful stay, we loved every moment and really appreciate your kindness. There was nothing not to like!

• Jurgita (9/5): Beautiful place to be - A beautiful and cozy apartment just in front of the sea where you can go for long walks, late dinners and find all you need near-by. It is a bit small for a family (the attic studio) but a huge terrace compensates everything. I loved the area as well: the air is fresher, it is not in a crowded center but it is not far to reach when you decide to visit it. The owner was super nice and provided everything we needed. Thanks a lot Eva :) The weather :D It is not related to the apartment but if you consider travelling same period as us I hope you are more lucky! Such heavy rains we haven't experienced anywhere else... :(((

Greeted by Eva on arrival after very helpful and informative communications once I’d booked my reservation. A brief run through of all amenities which was followed by a very useful and detailed list of places to shop, eat and visit, the town centre just ten minutes walk away too. Plenty of sights to see, lovely beach and boardwalk strolls and views of sunset and sunrise to warm your heart and please your eyes. Well appointed living space with adequate seating to eat,work and relax and a very comfortable bed in a good sized bedroom with a very nice double shower room between, the gated window in the front door gave chance to stand or sit and gaze at the lapping sea. Thank you Eva for my opportunity to stay in one of the buildings apartments, as there are three to select from, if opportunity arose I would happily visit and stay in your lovely building once again. Very modern and comfortable apartment right on the beach with everything (including beach towels and beach umbrella generously offered by the hosts). The hosts really made sure we have no worries and just enjoy our vacation, from beginning to end. It was really comforting to overcome small unpredictable discomforts with them as hosts and I only wish them to grow their business and offer the same top-notch customer service to as many people as possible, that want to enjoy the beauties of Malaga!
