- فيصل (1/5): - اسوء تجربة مررت بها على الاطلاق حجزت 5 ايام ودفعت كامل المبلغ. ولم استطع التحمل سوى ليله واحدة وخرجت لابحث عن سكن اخر الاسباب. 1. رائحة الرطوبة المزعجة للغاية في كل مكان بالعقار. لدرجة ان الصبغ متاثر بشكل واضح من اثر الرطوبة رغم رشي للعطور. 2. الملاءات متغير لونها ومستخدمة كثيرا 3. في الليلة الوحيدة التي قضيتها استيقظ بين فترة و فترة لارش من عطري الخاص حتى استطيع قضاء الليلة 4. لا توجد مناشف 5. اغراض المطبخ غير مناسبة. 6. قام صاحب العقار باغلاق غرفة من غرف الفيلا رغم انني دفعت لكامل ملحقات السكن 7. توجد اغراض في دورات المياه لصاحب العقار وعائلته. 8. تسليك المياه في الدش لجميع الحمامات غير مناسب. 9. العقار بعيد عن الخدمات و الطريق اليها ترابي. 10. صاحب العقار يقول لي اذا سائلك الجيران فقل لهم انك صديقي ولست مستأجر. 11. الاثاث مستهلك.
