• Diane (9/5): - David went out of his way to be a perfect host. Everything was good Would stay again there. I think that says everything. Only thing lacking was a view! Not enough pillows.

• Concepción (10/5): - Piso confortable muy bien situado, cerca del puerto, de la playa y de supermercados y restaurantes. David el anfitrión nos facilitó todo para nuestra llegada. Muy recomendable, nosotros volveremos al puerto de mazarron y repetiremos en este alojamiento
• Nicola (9/5): Great apartment in a convenient location - The apartment is airy, bright and comfortable, in a great location, really short walk to the beachfront and marina and the bars and restaurants. On arrival it was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is well equiped (we cooked in most evenings), and it included a washing machine and a place on the roof to hang out washing. We were primarily working from the apartment as a stop off while travelling through Spain and it was perfect for us, a really quiet neighbourhood and no noise from the other residents either in the day or the evening, despite the proximity to the beach etc. It also had super quick wifi. David's communication was perfect, he responded very quickly to any queries ahead of arriving and was very patient with me when I phoned when I hadn't correctly followed his (very clear!) instructions on arrival! The bathroom is a little bit dated but is fully functional, the shower over the bath has good water pressure and hot water. The view from the balcony might be initially disappointing but it's typical of a side street in a typical spanish town. The balcony itself was a nice peaceful space to sit out and have a coffee or a beer.

• Siobhan (8/5): Very good - Kitchen is well equipped... everything is clean... it was only me for context Host really lovely..and facilitated early check in ..yah! Offered late checkout too if required. Super friendly and eager to help. There was a coffee macine ..but no welcome capsules or water..but coffee acriss the street CeeJays was good Couch not very comfortable and only 1 meagre cushion ..ok for me but needs more tlc if a few people staying The biggest downside for me was lack of soundproofing.. u hear EVERYTHING from upstairs ...in particular... first night they had a dog that barked allnight .. so very little sleep for me in my 2 night stay. Also be good to havemore bedding options... a sheet n blanket perhaps as the duvet got very hot ... but it was luxurious..just a mature woman thing lol!
• Ekaterina (10/5): Perfecto - The apartment is very close to the beach, to the supermarket and a bus station, from which you can travel to Cartagena, Murcia and Almería. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with fast wifi. David is really nice and trustworthy. For me Puerto de Mazarron is the best place on Costa Cálida with public transport access for the high season - not crowded, calm sea for long swims and impressive Mares de Papel Festival.
