Guest Reviews
- mercedes medan (9/5): - Muy lindo apartamento.Cuidado, limpio, amorosa Valentina.Todo muy bien. La entrada al edificio estaba en obra.Supongo que ya estará terminada para los próximos huéspedes.
- Guest (9/5): A unique and gorgeously designed apartment close to the train station and historic sites - This apartment’s interior is beautifully designed, comfortable, and unique. I believe it would be perfect for a couple traveling together, perhaps backpacking or traveling relatively light, wanting a special place to stay and enjoy some cozy comforts. The apartment has a nicely appointed kitchenette with a dishwasher. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I was also impressed with the high ceilings and how quiet the apartment is despite the busy streets below. If I were to return to Rome with my spouse or a friend, I would happily reserve this apartment again.
Checkout was straightforward. One of our group left some important items, and the host was prompt, helpful, kind, and understanding in coordinating their return. We greatly appreciated this. To help anyone planning their trip, I will add that in my opinion, this may not be the ideal place for anyone traveling with small children, anyone elderly or disabled, or with very large/heavy bags. Apartment access requires several sets of doors and two flights of stairs or a tiny and old elevator/lift. Prior to the elevator/lift, there is a small set of stairs that you need to take as well. The building was also under construction when we arrived, so it all just felt a bit overwhelming. Be sure to watch the check-in video carefully to the end (we would have found additional written instructions helpful for easy reference while on the go). We also found the lockbox with the key a bit difficult to open upon arrival, and then one of us accidentally locked the keys back up in the box and was unable to open it again due to the keys blocking the lever - so the host had to come and assist us, which thankfully she was able to do despite the inconvenience, late hour, and crankiness on all sides.
In our case, we had ended up adjusting our reservation to just 1 guest to stay there, but we left all our bags for convenience as the apartment is quite close to the train station. Note that some streets have much better sidewalks for walking with baggage to the station, so be careful which way you walk.
Also be sure to note that there is an additional occupancy tax of 6 euros per person that needs to be left there upon checkout - a minor inconvenience if you happen not to have the exact change, but we just went down to buy a pastry from the cafe next door to break our bills and it was fine.
Other general tips for Rome: My mother was almost pickpocketed near the Colosseum (someone tried to unzip her backpack), so be very aware at all times.
- Jennifer (10/5): Perfetto - La pulizia l accoglienza Niente
- Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Typical of Rome apartments. The location is very easy to get to from Termini station having arrived from the airport. Our host was to meet us but was called away unexpectedly. She sent instructions on how to access the apartment and was available easily when we had other questions. First door was a little tricky. Good information about suggested itineraries and local restaurants, supermarkets etc. good washing machine and clothes drier. Easy to walk to major sites. The shower is over a quite deep bath. Wasn't a problem for us but something people need to think about if they are less mobile. Some mould around the bathroom window and ceiling.
- Roel (10/5): Exceptional - We went to Rome for a short holiday and the b&b was great. Short walk from Roma Termini train station as well as a short walk to the Coloseum, it is located perfectly near the center. Beautiful rooms, we had loads of fun during our stay in Rome like home! Nothing. It was great.

- Denis (10/5): Thank you for amazing and cozy stay ! - Near the train station and the metro, we had perfect spot to see the whole rome from the place. Late night busses were going right near the apartment, and when you got tired you enjoyed the cozy apartment, baththub and TV in the evening.
- Tuğba (9/5): Wonderful for families and groups - We stayed here as a group of friend. We loved and enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is very close to Termini station. There’s everything you need: towels, shampoos, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, washing mashine etc. There were teas, coffees, oils and herbs as well. The additional sofa bed is as comfortable as bed. The host Valentina is such a nice person and always reachable when you need to ask something. We recommend this No curtains
- Beatriz (10/5): Exceptional - A very cosy and central location flat.
It has all amenities.
Sofa bed was very comfortable. N/A
- David (10/5): Quirky Little Apartment With Everything You Need - Good location if you want to be near Termini station with proper building security. The farther down the street away from Termini it seems the neighborhood gets a little sketchy but we didn't have any problems walking around at night. The apartment itself was well equipped with a washer and dryer, modern kitchen, and kind of interesting with an upper loft accessed by a ladder up to a heavy duty netting/sleepng area. We slept four people comfortably with the one bedroom and a pullout couch. We only stayed one night prior to leaving Italy the next morning so access to Termini and the Leonardo Express to the airport made the location convenient. The hostess Valentina met us right on schedule even though we were a little early for the stated check-in time. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment while they were finishing up cleaning the place from the previous renters. All in all a nice stay and I would recommend this apartment for longer stays as the price was very good. Nothing, all good.
- Ani (10/5): Exceptional - The location was grat, house was so worm, and welcoming
