• Matthew (1/5): I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE NOT EVEN ONE NIGHT AND IF YOU HAVE A MINUTE READ MY REVIEW - I cant think of anything i liked about this id regard it as a motel not a hotel i only liked the fact i stayed on the gold coast close to our baby boy for the weekend being mothers day weekend Ok so i stayed 2 nights friday 8th and saturday 9th of may 2026 cost me 321 plus 100 security deposit then 40 for 2 nights parking which will be deducted out of security deposit so the room the gave to my wife and i was room number 8 I no word of a lie sould of been id say aprox 3m / 2m with 2 single beds a little set of bed side draws 2 draws only then a tiny little box bar fridge no complementry tea or coffee no jug no sink for tap water no microwave With a tiny shower not that we had hot water friday from when we checked in untill saturday monrnig was when we got hot water so couldnt shower till then so second night hot water yes first night no and a toillet but no toillet paper with no way to contact management and ask for some had to purchase our own at supermarket then to top it off we had a smart tv that didnt have a tv aireal connected yeah ok well i then connected too the nine now app Being a smart tv ok cool maybe im getting some luck atleast i can watch tv forget the motel quality wait for it to load no volume of turn the tv volume up 15 nothing 20 30 40 50 nothing 60 70 85 100 appsolutly not a sound So i stayed in a concreate box 2 nights no entertainment I got more sleep then i got enjoyment friday night 7 till 9am saturday bed saturday 7pm till 8am sun bed checked out 9am sunday morning thank god never to stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone

Staff said they would sort it out.we have rang numerous times and been told they will look into and get it sorted and it's now been a month with no refund for the 3rd night as it was cancelled before the 24hr cut off. We forfeited the 2nd night. Very disappointing
• Annie (5/5): Ok for 1 night to sleep somewhere central in Surfers, cheapest around, old and tired motel but was very clean room and b - Excellent location, secure on site paid car parking $20. Friendly and helpful staff for checkin. Price was ok for one night stay centrally located. Older property, extremely small room, tiny bathroom, bonus having a balcony with chairs and table. No lift, recommend 1st floor level room instead of 2nd floor and lightweight small luggage. No tea/coffee/kettle in room but available in share kitchen on ground level. Still waiting for $100 security deposit to be refunded 7 days later even though they said was activated on day of checkout. Maybe it is our bank will need to check with bank.

• Tyler (5/5): The room did what we needed but it wasn't a comfortable stay. - The location was great. The room was very small. There was only a small basin in the bathroom with no bench space to get ready. No storage aside from some hooks on the wall and a bedside table.
• David (8/5): Nice accommodation on a budget - The location was close to the beach and other attractions in Surfers Paradise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a bit disappointing not having refreshments like tea or coffee in the room.

We heard every customer come to their room there was no acoustic barrier in the room. I have a bad knee - no elevator.

• Lou (5/5): It was just a bed for the night for me to attend an event it did that job - Location. Parking. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I had found a head to say I was checking in at 12 noon. They advised the room may not be ready by that time. When I got there, the room wasn’t ready. It was ready at 12:20. I was short of time this day because I was attending an event that started at 2 PM and I want a time to refresh and change and so even though it was only 20 minutes it impacted on my afternoon being more relaxed when I felt pressed for time. The TV in the room wasn’t plugged in The switch for the TV with too high for me to reach I rang reception and asked somebody to come and plug the TV in for me I was told somebody would arrive in about an hour time This was at about six or 7 PM Nobody came Also, I booked a double family room based on the advertisement on booking and the picture that I saw for the room that I thought I was getting My room was downgraded to a double I asked if there was a refund available because I got a smaller room than what I paid for They said the only difference between the room I paid for and the room I got was $10 so they refunded me $10 The staff were lovely And very accommodating and very helpful My overall experience was, I was disappointed with the room, changed, not being able to watch television in the evening the room not being ready when I got there

We paid for parking and it was very secure and convenient Room and bathroom was quite small. Soap provided but was nothing fancy. No elevator. The establishment is old but it's good for the price

• Barbara (7/5): Made it work - Very Tiny room. It had a tv and little fridge, aircon and own bathroom and that's it. No where to put any clothes. Did have is own bathroom but that was tiny too and a bigger/ large person wouldn't fit in the shower. The balcony was almost bigger than the room. It was clean and staff were exceptional. There is a communal kitchen to cook meals and use the microwave and kettle for coffee. No milk or extras. So if you don't mind a communal kitchen. And everything you need in the kitchen and lovely dining area and outside space. Great location. Parking was 4 cars in a row even though i called to prebook parking. It's $10 and i had to get them to ask someone to move in the morning. Underneath parking was meant to be $20 but wasn't available at check in. All in all ok on a budget. I thought $100 deposit on check in was overkill. Nothing in the room to ruin to warranty a deposit. Tiny room. Literally a cell

The location was amazing, right in front of the beach but not the prime tourist beaches, so it wasn’t overly crowded which was great! The room included a small fridge, and TV which enhanced our stay heaps! The staff were lovely and extremely accomodating. We overall had a great stay and would definitely recommend Breeze Inn to other travellers! The lock on the door was not super secure, but the security to get into the building was great, which made the rooms security not be as much of a worry.

We found Drug Paraphernalia under one bed, A half a bottle of Cordial and dirty plastic bags under the other bed. The Bathroom was filthy, it desperately needs to be Refurbished.

Disappointing - That i could park undercover ( although this was an extra charge) The rooms were very small, and the bathroom was ridiculously small. The shower had mould on the tiles. The veranda needed a sweep. I also didn't like that I had to pay a $100 bond and did not receive that back on exiting. Now will need to waste time chasing that up.

• Montana (1/5): Absolutely terrible will never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone - There was nothing to like about this accomodation The room was not clean at all and had zero space. The fridge was mouldy and there was mess left in the toilet and hair in the drain. The bathroom door did not close the entire way and the TV was unable to be plugged in. The mini fridge leaked water and did not turn on to cold. We complained and were moved to an equally disgusting room. In the new room my friend was bitten by some sort of bug in their bed. The room that we were moved to did not have a fridge or view which we paid for and were not reimbursed for that. The workers said that they "extra sanitized" the bathroom and it was equally as messy as the previous one. There was not any type of accessibility and only could access rooms through the fire escape stairs and the fire doors were kept propped open all the time.

Everything you need is within walking distance and I would definitely stay here again. The room was quite small and the ensuite was tiny, but what do you expect for the price?
