• Hannah (1/5): Absolut falsche Angaben von den Bildern gegenüber dem echten Zustand!!! - Absolut NICHTS !!!!!!!!!! Das Wetter :) Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft. Bei der Ankunft hat die Wohnung nicht dem Eindruck der Bilder entsprochen: Im Badezimmer war Schimmel, die Polster und Decken im Bett sowie die Sesselpolster waren verschmutzt, mehrere Steckdosen defekt und allgemein viele Schönheitsmakel sichtbar. Wir haben die Mängel sofort gemeldet und mit Fotos belegt. Die Gastgeberin erklärte, dass der Schimmel von Gästen komme, die nicht lüften, und die Verschmutzungen am Saisonende normal seien. Eine Putzfrau sowie ein Techniker wurden für den nächsten Tag zugesagt, erschienen jedoch nicht. Stattdessen kam die Gastgeberin selbst vorbei und tauschte lediglich die Polster der Sessel aus. Am Abend öffnete ein Arbeiter plötzlich unser Fenster, um etwas zu reparieren, ohne dass wir darüber informiert worden wären. Das war sehr unangenehm und ein Eingriff in unsere Privatsphäre. Zwei unserer sechs Personen haben die Unterkunft schließlich verlassen und sind nach Hause geflogen, da sie es nicht mehr ausgehalten haben. Wir haben uns dann mit der Situation abgefunden, können die Unterkunft jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation war zwar vorhanden, aber die versprochenen Lösungen wurden nur teilweise umgesetzt, und der Standard der Unterkunft entspricht nicht dem, was man auf den Bildern erwartet.
• Hayley (10/5): Perfect spot for a Cala Santanyi group trip, such a great location. - Great location, short walk away from the beach. Perfect for a group. Great facilities including the outdoor shower. Nearby to the Spar supermarket and a few restaurants.
• Anna (7/5): Good - Accommodation is 5 minutes from amazing beach and really close to the nice bar. Nice garden and rooftop… Next to the house was really noisy hotel (every second day party till 11pm)
• Jayme (9/5): Quaint house in a fabulous location - Great house in a fabulous location. We could easily walk to Cala Santanyí and the mirador lookout point. Rooftop terrace was a favorite. The hotel across the street sometimes does concerts from 9 - 10:30 pm so you can watch from the rooftop. Or bring a sound machine if your kids go to bed early!! Staff was very responsive on WhatsApp when we had questions. Electronic guide was very helpful. Lots of street and free parking around. All in all it was a great stay.

• Michal (9/5): Holiday house in Cala Santanyi - All good, large apartment, well equipped kitchen, good location to walk to the beach, shops or restaurants but still in a quiet street. Parking possible on the street next to the house. A few beds were a bit short.
