• Bisceglia (9/5): Friendly and responsive host - lots of space ! - Allowed early access on our arrival day ! Ver responsive and understanding. Lot's of space and perfect for a family. Mattress was a bit soft and probably needs an update.

• Maria (10/5): The staff and location of this property truly cannot be beat! Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind - Location, location, location! Our family had a wonderful stay during Christmas and New Year. A small but important suggestion for hosts: if you’re offering a full kitchen, please consider providing a few good, sharp knives. We love cooking when we travel, and we’ve noticed that many apartments (across multiple platforms) only have very dull knives that make even simple prep surprisingly difficult. I tried bringing my own knives on this trip, but they were confiscated during train travel, and buying replacements locally turned out to be much harder than expected — so now I live at the mercy of vacation-rental cutlery! A couple of decent knives would make a big difference for guests who actually plan to cook. The staff and location of this property truly cannot be beat! Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They responded immediately to the couple of small concerns we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. Combined with the fantastic location, their attentiveness and warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!
• Nicola (10/5): The best weekend for a family group - Loads of space and it was a bonus that two of the rooms had an en-suite and the other one had a bathroom next door . All double bedrooms . Location was brilliant , walked everywhere so no need for trains or underground. Lovely restaurant right outside for breakfast called Caravan, and also a brilliant restaurant Faros along the street. Easy walk to Oxford st, Soho, Piccadilly . We went to Faros for dinner on Friday night, had the most wonderful meal and service . Caravan for breakfast/ brunch brilliant food. Also had gluten free options for one member with Celiac disease. Went to the theatre Saturday afternoon before a family party in a bar in soho. Russell was a super helpful host prompt replies . Would definitely recommend staying here. The lift stopped working on Saturday . We were fine walking up the stairs .

It was the perfect size to also have all our friends come over in the morning for photos and first look! Hugo who greeted us was so kind and very helpful with our bags and flowers. Russell was amazing with all the information regarding our flat. There was also water bottles and a box of Ferrero rocher on the table as we entered. It was perfect and lots of fans because it was very warm. N/A

• sarah (8/5): Très bonne adresse que je vais garder ! - Grand appartement avec 3 chambres et 3 sdb Super bien situé, la situation géographique est exceptionnelle Ascenseur pratique avec une poussette Ménage bien fait Bonne communication avec le loueur, il était sérieux et réactif Pas de possibilité de laisser les bagages le dernier jour. Un petit peu contraignant pour nous mais on a trouvé un endroit où l’on pouvait laisser ses bagages en payant Point à améliorer : la literie lit vraiment très mou et oreiller trop gros Mais dans l’ensemble pour deux nuits le lit a fait l’affaire

• Romain (10/5): L'emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres en famille ou entre amis. - Consignes claires de la part des hôtes, tout est à sa place et une petite vidéo est prévue. Le logement est idéalement situé pour enfin ne plus faire trop de transports en visitant Londres. Un appartement par étage dans cet immeuble aménagé pour le tourisme. 3 chambres spacieuses et claires, dont deux sur l'arrière, parfaitement calme. Du jamais vu à Londres, et c'est mon 6e séjour! Nous étions 2 par chambres, plus 2 ados dans le séjour qui ont parfaitement dormi. supérette à deux pas, quartier vivant mais calme... Vraiement top. J'ai l'habitude de dire que l'hébergement à Londres est compliqué, car souvent cher et peu qualitatif, mais ici c'était top, nous reviendrons. rien !

• Nadine (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft an zentraler Lage. Wir würden sie wueder buchen. - Sehr grosse Wohnung und tolle und ruhige Lage! Ca. 8 Min. von der Oxford Street entfernt. Es ist ein Lift vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Luftig und modern eingerichter. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Die Betten sind eher schmal und für zwei erwachsene Personen ungeeignet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sowie der Teppich waren voller Flecken und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

• Sabine (9/5): We'd love to come back! - We can highly recommend this flat for a stay of a party of six at the beautiful Marylebone area. Each bedroom comes with a separate bathroom what's a very comfortable situation. Well and lovely furnished and the kitchen well equipped. Self check-in went very smooth and you get every very detailed information you need absolutely reliable via whatsApp in time. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and would definitely book this apartment again! There's absolutely nothing to add to this issue!

We have stayed in London lots of times and this was the best place we've stayed by far. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The host was really helpful. Noget af lyset i loftet virkede ikke i stuen. En højtsiddende skabslåge var ved at falde ned i hovedet på os, da vi åbnede det, fordi et hængsel var gået i stykker. Lejligheden er slidt.
• Torresan (6/5): Pleasant - Location to getting around London That there were restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies close by The place looks well used and needs to be freshened up. The sofa was stained and dirty, the floors and carpet were filthy, the linens (towels specifically) were “grey” and not white and they were very thin and rough. One of the bathrooms had a musty smell. The place definitely needs to be better cleaned and maintained -it needs some TLC, because the potential is there. However, the host was very responsive and helpful. When we reached out about a stained pillow case and a duvet full of hair, he immediately came to the unit to replace those with new ones. He even gave us extra towels upon request. Please note, that due to the location you can hear street noise and cars through the closed windows. So if you are a light sleeper, this place wouldn’t be for you. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable!

The location is in a lovely quiet area of london but very close to all the tourist areas. Russell our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when we next visit London.

• Ho (8/5): Overall, although the rental isn’t cheap, you definitely get what you pay for with the spacious living area, cleanliness - Location: loved how peaceful it was at night—truly a rare find in the city. Although it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Oxford Circus, the location still feels calm and away from the hustle and bustle. If you don’t mind a short stroll, this place is perfect for a quiet stay in central London. I also want to highlight how clean the property is—everything felt well-maintained. Space-wise, it’s more than sufficient, and the living room and dining area are exceptionally large, making it great for relaxing with family and friends. The owner enforces quite strict check-in rules—you have to wait until the exact check-in time, and I had to call to remind him to send me the details. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to keep in mind. Another small suggestion: it would be helpful if the owner provided a dishcloth for guests to use in the kitchen.
