• Charlene (10/5): Brilliant quality apartment, friendly and helpful host - The host was swift in responding to queries, very friendly and the apartment was an absolutely brilliant stay; no negative comments or room for improvement needed. Everywhere was clean, great location, good instructions left. As a bonus the lovely artwork and decor made it feel classy but homely. I did not use all the facilities but had I needed to they were available. I just hope if I need to book it again in the future I’d be lucky enough for it to be available!

• Stuart (1/5): Dirty, unclean apartment. Worst I've come across. - Good location. Shower was nice once we had cleaned it. This apartment had not been cleaned before we arrived. The sheets on the bed appeared to be clean and towels were fresh. However the shower was not clean, the toilet had yellow urine on it. There was hair everywhere, a dirty full Dyson leant against the wall in the lounge. There was food waste in the kitchen plug hole, the bin had the last guests rubbish still in it. The sofa bed had human hair on the sheets so we had to use a sheet from the drawer and wash the other sheet and duvet cover ourselves. The coffee machine is broken so we didn't use it. There was hair all over the floor in clumps. I took photos and contacted the owner who just apologised for the inconvenience and claimed the cleaner had been there. They obviously didn't do anything apart from change the sheets and drop off towels. The owners belongings are in the drawers and cupboards, a couple of drawers were empty and the wardrobe was full with 2 or 3 spare hangers. This is the most disgusting experience I've had in many years of using booking.com, this apartment should not be allowed to use the platform in my opinion and I would like to warn others about it.
• Mary (7/5): Clean, modern and cozy, with a few upgrades would be great. - Quiet despite location on very busy road (double glazing helped). Homely. Very responsive owner. Need instructions for induction cooking. Kitchen crockery needs updating as do pillows. Coffee pod machine leaked and did not work. Tap in kitchen would often fall off. Update of kitchen chairs needed as very wobbly and stained.
• Richard (8/5): London Stay - location was good. Bed was comfortable. Shower was exceptional. No space to hang clothes. Coffee machine had a leak and required to be emptied after each use.

• Abhisaar (10/5): Comfortable, cozy, well-equipped apartment in a peaceful yet well connected area - Comfortable, centrally located, well-connected and impeccably clean. It’s minimalistic, artsy and well-equipped. Alex is a great host- thoughtful, approachable and responsive.
