• Nigel (8/5): Great location, needs €100 spent in ikea for new dining tableware! - Great location very clean and large. Comfortable beds. Communication with host wasn’t that good. Apartment was quite spartan without personal touches or a manual for how things worked which would help. Kitchen under equipped with mismatched and chipped plates, glasses etc. A shame - €100 in IKEA and this place would be brilliant.
• Maria José (7/5): Si arreglan lo de la cocina, por lo demás el apartamento esta bien. - El apartamento es amplio y luminoso, tiene armarios amplios, que pudieramos usar la plaza de parking en el mismo edificio por 10 euros al día también es de agradecer, el personal también estuvo atento de nuestra llegada para la entrega de llaves. En la cocina hacia frío, debido a que entraba aire por un agujero que había en un lateral al lado del termo. Cerrabamos la puerta de la cocina porque sino en el apartamento, sobretodo por la noche hacía fresco.
• MERCEDES (8/5): - Hemos estado en familia y muy bien, el apartamento muy amplio y luminoso. Las camas muy cómodas. Buena ubicación y el parking en el edificio se agradece.

• Matilde (9/5): - Piso muy amplio y luminoso. Es importante que tenga dos baños amplios y que esté muy cerca del centro histórico de Cádiz. Nos ha gustado mucho.

• Carmen (10/5): - El piso estaba muy limpio y todo perfecto. La ubicación genial. El personal ha estado atento a todo después de un percance en la llegada. Se solucionó y han sido muy amables con nosotros. Llegamos un poco tarde de la hora prevista por el tráfico y el teléfono saltaba una centralita y teníamos la llave, que la dejaron en un cajetín, sabíamos la dirección pero el piso en concreto no. Estuvimos dos horas intentando contactar por todos los medios que teníamos. Al enterarse ellos nos han atendido genial y han sido muy amables para solventar el error. Nos han dejado quedarnos un día y han estado pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable.

• Aida (4/5): Sweating all the time and aggressive hosts. - Was extremely easy to receive the keys, the host was waiting for us outside when we arrived. Do NOT come here in the summer. There is no air conditioning in any of the bedrooms, bathrooms, or kitchens. There is only one unit in the living room facing the sofa. All of the bathrooms are clogged (sink clogged in one bathroom, shower clogged in the other), there were roaches inside one of the showers, and our towels were never changed during the 3 weeks we were there. What makes all of this worse, is that when we contacted the host regarding the AC issue (it was 100 degrees Fahrenheit every day we stayed), he became very aggressive and told us we could leave if we wanted to although we were extremely kind and respectful to him. After he blew up on us during the first week, any attempt to contact him was ignored and they did not respond to our requests until the day we dropped the keys off and left. Be warned that one of the elevators also does not work at night, two of us even got stuck in the elevator and had to call authorities. Will not be coming back here or recommending this place to anyone.

• LORENA (10/5): Great apartment! I would love to spend a full week in summer. - The apartment was so big and full of natural light. Two blocks from the beach with an amazing sunset. Not too many options to eat close, but good enough to enjoy local food. Bathrooms were amazing, showers great size.

• othman (5/5): - Il n'y a qu'une seule climatisation ! Elle est dans le salon et cela ne refroidit que cet endroit. Des ventilateurs sont installés dans les chambres mais l'été, cela ne fait mas bcp d'effet. En dehors des heures d'ouverture de l'agence, les consignes sont données pour un self check-in. Mais les consignes ne sont pas assez claires et structurées pour facilement recuperer les clefs, trouver l'appartement et rentrer : des demandes de confirmation sont nécessaires.

• Pam (9/5): Clean, comfortable, good location. - Good location, near to the beach, centre, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Clean and comfortable. Hole in the kitchen ceiling,due to recent very bad weather, but prompt action was taken to try and fix the problem.
