• Clotilde (9/5): Ambiance napolitaine. - Appartement situé dans un quartier populaire mais typique à 20 mn à pied de la gare et du centre....la vraie vie à Naples....beaucoup de voitures, beaucoup de scooters mais appartement bien isolé des bruits de la ville. Des commerces à proximité. Très bien sécurisé par ses systèmes de fermeture. Rien.
• Filippo (9/5): Appartamento in posizione comoda per un soggiorno vicino al centro di Napoli. A due passi dal plesso universitario di vi - Dotata di tutti i servizi. L’host è stato disponibile per tutte le richieste. Non siamo riusciti a pagare la tassa di soggiorno tramite il sito indicato dall’host. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare i contanti. Palazzo non dotato di ascensore.

• Pepa (5/5): - Апартамента е на 4 етаж без асансьор и това не се описва от Букинк .Приятелката ми е след злополука и много трудно изкачваше 89 стъпала ако беше описано нямаше да го наемем. Апартамента не беше добре изчистен кухнята и вратите в мазни петна.Изпратихме на собственика няколко имеила да ни посъветва как да стигнем до апартамента изобщо не ни отговори. Преди пристигането ни трябваше да се свърже с нас за да ни каже къде ще е ключът и това не направи отново ние го потърсихме .Съжалявам ,че пиша този коментар но пътувам доста за първи път ми се случва собственика да не се свърже с нас а ние да го търсим и да се притесняваме как ще се настаним след доста имейли NUKI ни изпрати кодът а външната вратата се отваря само от приложението от телефона и ако нямам мобилен Интернет как щях да вляза в апартамента питам Господин Собственика който не отговаряше на имейли те ми. Разочарована съм.
• Carla (10/5): Perfecto para descansar - La ubicación es perfecta, estas cerca del centro pero sin aguantar el caos y el ruido, las camas son muy cómodas, está muy bien equipado y limpio, repetiría sin dudarlo.

• Eleanor (8/5): A beautiful apartment in a traditional neighbourhood. - The host was excellent. We had an issue using the key app but on arrival we were able to access the flat using a key safe with no issue. Nothing is too much trouble for the host. It was lovely to stay in a typical Italian neighbourhood. The flat was large, the facilities were excellent. The stairs! This apartment has many stairs to climb but we can say at the end of the stay we were fitter than at the start!

Nous avons également apprécié la présence et la disponibilité et la réactivité de l’hôte via les messages Nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait qu’il y ai 4 étages à monter sans ascenseur.

• János (6/5): Az elvárásainknak nem mindenben felelt meg! - A tágas lakás, a konyha felszereltsége. A Wi-Fi két napig nem működött, amit a szállásadó harmadik napra kijavított. WC papír csak egy tekercs volt, ami négy embernek négy napra nem elegendő! Az első alkalommal való bejutás nagyon komplikált, nehézkes.

• Catherine (7/5): Convenient but old and not well maintained - The location, the view on the bedroom Not well cleaned. Lots of broken things in there. Bathroom very old and water taking ages to warm. Barely any kitchen ustensil for cooking. No living room, the main room was the kitchen.
• Amina (10/5): It was great! - We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The apartment was fantastic, and communication with our host Mario was excellent from the very beginning. He was always available for anything we needed and provided us with amazing recommendations for places to visit around the city. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The apartment is in a great location, well connected to other parts of Naples by public transport. If you're looking to experience the authentic atmosphere of Naples, this place is the perfect choice. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a fully stocked kitchen. The two balconies were a special highlight for us — we enjoyed them to the fullest! We truly hope we’ll have the chance to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Great communication from the owner. We enjoyed getting to know the neighbourhood and our neighbours. It gave us the sense of living in a community. The apartment is on the 4th floor. This is a stiff climb in the heat and with luggage. It wasn't an issue for us but worth considering if a person has a mobility issue.

• Edita (9/5): Superb - Great location, close to the sightseeing. Spacious and comfortable apartment. View of the Vesuvio from the window.
• Karen (8/5): Very good - The location for us was great as we walked everywhere. The apartment was spacious, beds comfortable & really quiet. Had a fantastic time in Naples. For us we would have preferred a couple of chairs to relax in rather than just using dining room chairs. Freezer part of fridge did not work & shower head needs replacing.
• Jie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has great location, walking distance to train station and attractions. Despite being in the center of the city it is very quiet and we had great sleep. Ubaldo, the host was very helpful and answered our questions remotely. We loved Naples and had a great time in Ubaldo’s apartment. I will stay here again if I am back in Naples. Thank you Ubaldo for everything! Everything is perfect, the host, the apartment and Naples!
