• Philip (8/5): A bijou apartment well appointed. - We had a really pleasant three-night stay at El Rinconcito con Jess in El Golfo. The apartment is well-appointed with everything you need, including a TV, kitchen, fridge, and all the essentials for a comfortable short break. It felt homely and was a great base for exploring the area. Jess was an excellent host—she kept in touch with us before arrival and made sure everything went smoothly, which we really appreciated. El Golfo itself is a small, quiet town, perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind. One helpful tip: the property can be a little tricky to find, so using What3Words made it much easier for us — ///replica.decodes.snowflake. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d happily return.
• Elisa (8/5): Top location - Amazing location in middle in nature. The apartment is small but with everything. The host was very very amicable. The house is a bit humid.
• Nicole (9/5): - El sitio del Golfo es tranquilo, con el mar al lado, tiene sitios para ir a comer o cenar. Ademas la isla es bastante pequeña con lo cual puedes viajar por toda la isla si vas en coche. El alojamiento de Jess tiene todo lo necesario. Todo estuvo genial, por poner un pero, no habia aceite, con lo cual cocinar fue algo mas complicado. Por lo demas estuve rodo implecable y Jess siempre contesta rápido al móvil. Un alojamiento excepcional!
• Marius (8/5): Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – bis auf die Dusche alles wirklich sehr gut. - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber, schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war die Dusche. Das Wasser wurde leider nur kurz warm und der Wasserdruck war etwas gering.
• Magdalena (10/5): Klimat tego miejsca zapadł mi głęboko w serce - Przepiękne miejsce ! Wspaniała życzliwa właścicielka zadbała o każdy szczegół , powitała Nas pysznym likierem :) mieszkanko przytulne , bardzo czyste i komfortowe ! Wspaniałe restauracje z przepyszną grilowaną ośmiornicą.

• Johannes (1/5): The worst holiday experience I have ever had!!! - El Golfo is a cute village but there was NOTHING positive about this apartment, the host and Holidu. I feel completely betrayed and never had a holiday experience like that in my life. The whole stay felt like a joke. - You see the nice pictures of a cosy apartment called Rinconcito de Jess and then, if you have bad luck, as I had, they just try to give you an apartment called „Casa del Gato“. The apartment is just not nice and does not have any fresh air - you can only open the front door and a window in the front but there is no ventilation with respect to the rooms which are behind and connected via a narrow hallway. - There was a complete construction site with excavator and jackhammer directly in front of the door, starting on the first morning, which made noise as of 8 am and made the whole apartment shake so that it was unbearable to stay there. We were informed about this at 7:40 am on the first morning, also that we had to remove the car, otherwise it would be removed at our costs. On the second morning it was even louder so we had to leave early. - This could still happen, but the question is how you get treated in such a situation as a guest. And this was really the worst. After hours of wasted time, the landlord is offering: nothing - no compensation and no other apartment. Holidu is offering to refund a bit more than 10% of the price for the stay and no other apartment. —> If anything goes wrong, do not expect any help by these unprofessional guys, but you will need a lawyer and book a replacement yourself. Never again - neither this landlord nor Holidu. Stay away if you can!

• Luciana (10/5): El golfo come a casa - La casa è piccola ma accogliente con una piacevole atmosfera familiare, ci sono persino tisane e diversi caffè in cialde. Jessica è una forza della natura, presente e disponibile.

Tout était parfait : l'appartement était impeccable et très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien : serviettes de plage, petites douceurs à notre arrivée, et plein d'attentions qui font toute la différence. Jessica est une hôte formidable, chaleureuse et disponible, qui sait vraiment recevoir. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. merci
• IRATI (9/5): Recomendable - El trato con la propietaria ha sido de 10. Es una zona muy tranquila por lo que es ideal para poder descansar tras haber estado conociendo la isla durante el día. La casa contaba con todo los necesario. Todo un acierto que tenga nevera y sombrillas para la playa. Único inconveniente, que entraba mucha luz por la puerta.

• Hanna (10/5): Amazing calm stay - We had amazing stay in El Golfo! The accommodation was spotless, very new, pictures are very accurate. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of parking just outside of the door. The host left even bottle of water and small milk as well as bottle of wine and tray with coffee and teas. 😍 Very communicative and helpful host (over the phone so the place is private at the same time). El golfo is a bit remote but it was perfect location for us, small lovely village with loads of cats. 🐈 Loads of restaurants also over looking the sea. Well connected with main road so it was within reach of all the attractions of Lanzarote. Well deserved 10/10. Absolutely nothing to fault them! We had one issue that was sorted in maybe 30min maximum! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
• Vasco (10/5): Wonderful stay, thanks to Jessica's exceptional hospitality - Jessica was super nice, helpful and communicative. She made our stay as best as possible by recommending places for groceries and food, checking in if everything was ok and providing basic kitchen ingredients. She even left a wine bottle in the fridge, some fruits and nuts mix, and when we forgot a cable in the place she was so nice to send it to us. The house was cosy, clean and well arranged. There was parking close by and the place was easy to find. The outside part invites you for a sunny breakfast outside, and there are good hiking areas close by. There were some noises due to a construction work next door, but Jessica also let us know in advance, and the noises ended up not being so bad with our daytime outings. The wi-fi was not so stable, and the room was slightly dim. The location, while lacking extensive food/grocery choices, suits those seeking a relaxed, smaller town vibe and proximity to Timanfaya National Park

• Ekaterina (10/5): Amazing attention to the details - Absolutely amazing place to stay, great respect to the host for attention to the details. Generally: - apartments are placed 5 min from promenade - no noice from restaurants, tourists and ocean. - clean and well prepared room - equipped with basic stuff for dinners and to prepare meals Details: - first appartment in my life where knives are sharp!! - there were basic home chemicals: liquid to wash disches, liquid to wash clothes, bags for garbage (not the one and only one in a bin) - shower liquids - shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner!! - spices for cooking - sharp knives - cooking equipment was not exhausted (keep in mind no kicthen hammer, so crab was opened with pan) - stove coffee machine!!! so it is possible to do normal coffee, not instant - bucket for ice and actually ice prepared in advance! - many towels - so when kitchen one got to smell bad we had another to change it. The owner took care to make the the house cosy with some small details: candle, some books (even we don't know Spanish), some plants, many pillows, water bottle in advance. These make a feeling that you're guest here, not just stopped for a night. I would say the appartment brought our short vacation to extra level of comfy. Due to a short tap for bathroom sink the table around get wet quickly - turning it on/off slowly leads to drops behind the sink. When we noticed that on the second day we startet to pull trigger fast and the problem gone.
