• silvia (9/5): Ottimo - Posizione ottima! Appartamento pulito e curato. La cucina è ben attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario. Il bagno è piccolino ma completo. L'utilizzo della doccia può causare un po’ d’acqua su tutto il pavimento.

• Talita (10/5): - O apartamento é maravilhoso, muito bem localizado, perto da rua principal, de pontos de ônibus, restaurantes, mercados e shopping. Tudo estava muito limpo. O apartamento é muito confortável e aconchegante e muito bem equipado com itens de cozinha. Chegamos em um dia em que a temperatura havia subido um pouco e a neve estava derretendo e estava super difícil andar pela cidade sem cair. Acabamos chegando mais cedo na cidade e estava impossível andar com as malas, uma vez que as ruas estavam muito escorregadias. O Markus prontamente arranjou um lugar para deixarmos as malas antes do horário do check in e ainda conseguiram preparar o apartamento super rápido e conseguimos entrar mais cedo. Super recomendo pela qualidade, empatia e descomplicação.

(Niet gebruikt, maar het was er wel) En de gastheer was heel meegaand en soepel met in en uit checken. Erg kleine douche We kregen de verwarming niet uit ( was te warm voor ons) En voor moeder-volwassen dochter was het bed wel heel knus .

• Nicolas (10/5): Ville calme et appartement parfait - Logement parfait pour 4 personnes. Idéalement situé au centre de Rovaniemi. Proche du Bus et des parcs pour profiter avec les enfants. Nous avons apprécié les promenades les soirs le long du lac et sortir de la ville pour les aurores boréales (endroit dégagé à seulement 15 min à pieds)

• Lewis (10/5): Perfect apartment for your stay in Lapland! - We stayed in this apartment for our 3 day trip to Rovaniemi Lapland. We used this as a base to explore Santa village and the city around. We travelled with our two kids and the apartment was honestly perfect! It is no more than 400 metres to the centre of the city with bars and restaurants on the same street. The apartment was always warm and had the best underfloor heating between the rooms. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals in or prepare lunch like we did. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped with towels, shampoo, soap etc etc. Markus the owner responded to any messages within minutes. Check in was so easy, 10 metres away in a key lock next door. Beds comfortable and sofa bed for the kids very comfortable too. WiFi was free and fast and shower lovely and hot. Cannot recommend this enough and for the price compared to other places perfect. The pictures don’t do this apartment justice! It’s even better. Thank you for our stay and making our family trip to Lapland perfect. Nothing! The place was perfect

• María Julia (7/5): Ideal para pasar unos días en Rovaniemi - Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y el apartamento estaba muy limpio, todo impecable! Camas muy cómodas y muy cálido! La entrada al apartamento la haces tú mismo si llegas después de las 15h. Cuidado si llegas después de las 15h cuando ya ha oscurecido… Las llaves se recogen en un edificio distinto al del apartamento y me costó encontrarlo, aunque estaba muy cerca! Tuve que preguntar a varias personas de otros edificios cercanos, que tampoco supieron ayudarme. Finalmente encontré el edificio. La puerta no tiene una apertura sencilla y también estuvimos mucho tiempo en la puerta esperando a ver si algún vecino salía a ayudarnos. Por suerte después de casi 45 min un vecino salió y nos ayudó a entrar. Yo viajaba con un niño y una señora mayor y la verdad para mí sola no habría sido mucho problema pero viajando con ellos sí lo fue porque estaban cansados del viaje, hacía mucho frío etc.
• Marta (9/5): Good choice in Rovaniemi - La cocina totalmente equipada. La calefacción mantiene el apartamento calentito a pesar del frió que pueda hacer en la calle. La ubicación. Rovaniemi es pequeño y se puede ir andando al centro o al supermercado en pocos minutos. Calle tranquila sin ruidos por la noche Hay plazas de aparcamiento disponibles en la calle justo al lado del portal pero el parking en el centro Rovaniemi es de pago y debes acordarte de sacar ticket en las máquinas si no quieres tener una multa

Bref, tout était parfait Une amélioration possible: Avoir une petite explication sur la gestion des déchets. Nous avons laissé une bouteille en verre et les poubelles car nous ne savions pas où tout déposer
