- Alison (9/5): Peaceful and idyllic, walking distance to everything but uniquely directly on the beach with no road to cross. Private a - Wonderful location right on the beach. Our balcony and living area overlooked the ocean and adult only pool so it was totally serene and quiet. The room was spacious with upstairs bedrooms and downstairs living space. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and essential condiments and tea/coffee. Pool and garden areas very well maintained, the only detracting point was the spa heater was broken so our first rainy days we couldn’t even get in a nice hot spa! Nothing - it was all lovely. We are young and fit so the stairs and lack of lift wasn’t an issue but for any travellers with mobility issues or bad knees it would maybe not great

Just too soft for us but that is a personal choice. We kept rolling into each other haha Loved the view, the facilities and the price was reasonable. It would have been convenient to have a spare roll of toilet paper purely as having to buy some on a 3 day trip/honeymoon was a bit annoying. Lovely nevertheless. The bed. It just felt very lived in.

The bedrooms were spacious and spotless, making it ideal for a family getaway. The kitchen offered plenty of room, and the L-shaped built-in couch was incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining, and the pool is especially lovely in the evening — a great spot to unwind and relax. Will book again A+

- Miha (10/5): A fantastic stay in a beautiful beachfront setting — very relaxing and highly enjoyable overall. - Beautiful location right by the beach, very well maintained grounds, great pool area and overall relaxing atmosphere. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Everything was well organised and made for an easy, enjoyable stay. The only downside was the mattresses, which felt a bit outdated and too soft for my personal preference, however everyone has different preferences regarding this matter

- freya (8/5): Great holiday location, needs some updating. - The property was spacious downstairs with plenty of room for the three of us, nice balcony with good view over the pools. Most things we needed were included for cooking/washing etc. close to all the amenities of palm cove but without all the noise down the other end. Great pools (no toilets in the public areas so had to walk up two flights of stairs whenever we needed the bathroom). The property needs some updating, particularly the bedrooms and bathrooms. In particular the beds, the mattresses all needed replacing and none of us slept well on them. I think for the price beds needs to be up to scratch, not sagging.

There were internal Stairs to bathrooms and bedrooms. We weren’t aware of the internal stairs. The bedroom air cons didn’t seem cool enough. One timber blind in small bedroom was broken.

- Michelle (8/5): Fantastic location and amazing views - Fabulous location and views The fact that some apartments are privately owned and you can’t use all the facilities at the resort and the reception area cannot help you book any tours or anything- this was something we were not aware of when booking and it is a big disadvantage
- Arnold (7/5): Great location and a clean and comfortable apartment. - The location is great and the apartment location within the hotel is great with a good sized balcony overlooking the larger pool. The kids loved this larger pool - a big plus for young children. The apartment kitchen was well equipped - except for bizarrely no chopping boards or sharp knives. We appreciated the small touches such as washing powder, insect repellent and books. It was clean and very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed staying there. One of the blinds in the second (kids) bedroom didn't work properly, if there are shopping boards in that kitchen we couldn't find them (!), and the lack of good light at night was problematic. There are no ceiling lights and the occasional lamps didn't provide enough light to read by. We couldn't find the switch for the balcony light. The lighting would be fine if you just wanted to watch TV but it was frustrating not being able to read.

- Kohn (8/5): Palm Cove - Location was good. It was nice and quiet. Our apartment was large and spacious, well resourced as a self- contained unit. Facilities were cleaned daily. Some block out curtains would be good for the bedrooms, too much light from the street lights.

- Kate (8/5): Great resort for a relaxing stay with beachfront access and awesome pools, but some suites need a spruce up like the res - Great resort - we’ve been visiting for 15 years - nice to see the renovations at the main pool area and the resort has been freshly painted. The suites are always spacious, have great balconies, bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen is well stocked for self catering incl a Nespresso machine. Unit 55 is getting a bit tired - it hasn’t changed since we stayed in that suite 7 years ago (lots of others have been upgraded). Furniture (dining table, chairs, bar stools, outdoor furniture) and lighting needs updating. New TV is great but looks really ugly on wall with all the wires hanging down. Kitchen doors need a spruce up and outdoor sun lounges are falling apart. Not nearly enough power points (2 were taped off in living area).

The sofas need way more cushions too otherwise you are sitting against a wall

- Kristin (8/5): Gorgeous property, dated unit - The property is gorgeous! The plants, trees, and pools are well maintained. You can hear the waves crashing from the balcony. This unit is centrally located with a small grocery next door and a variety of shops and restaurants all in walking distance. This unit is dated in comparison to the property itself. Furnishings are older, not very comfortable, and the apartment lacks a cozy/home vibe. The layout of the unit, while large, is sparce and doesn't make sense as both bathrooms are located inside the bedroom. The kitchen and housewares are equally dated and need a refresh. The apartment, while clean, could use a deep clean as dust and crust has built up in corners, surfaces or on fixtures.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Many areas hadn't been wiped down well coffee stains on the bedside table, very dusty blinds downstairs.
