• Y. (9/5): Good location, near the train station. - Only less than 10 mins walk for me from the train station to the apartment. It's easy to catch a bus, train or airport line. It's clean. The bed is big enough for two people. We didn't use the aircon, but I think it's a big plus in summer when it's over 30 degrees. The only complaint I have is the bed. Because I like hard bed. This was too soft for me, while my mom had no problem sleeping on it. And I would actually perfer more pillows, esp. for someone who's 6 months pregnant ... I had to use some of my clothes and extra towel as cushion during sleep.

• Bindokaitė (9/5): A good stay. I could come back. - It's a cosy apartment, clean, with everything you need. The door was hard to open, and the shower stall was so unstable, with water running on the floor when you bathe.
• M (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is conveniently located near the Keplerplatz underground (U1) station and the Columbusplatz tram (line O) station. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The property was large enough for one person, and the facilities were modern, clean, and functional. The Internet connection speed (Wifi) was reasonable (80 Mbps download / 14 Mbps upload). I would happily stay here again when I visit Vienna. There was a minor issue where the apartment cleaning had not been done before I arrived, but it was quickly resolved the next day after I contacted the owner.

• Olwyn (4/5): Falsely advertised overpriced bedsit, great for insomniacs - The fact that the air-conditioning advertised could be used as white noise to drown outside noise. Hot water so hot (careful as it is scalding!) Leaving a day early to put the rotten experience behind us Comfy bed (shame we couldn't get any sleep in it) Entrance: dirty corridor, stink of smoke Apartment: CONSTANT noise pollution from ill fitted patio doors which whistled, overlooking tram, high street traffic noises, hostel & bar beneath, neighbouring dog barking, metal door at entrance banging. Host response to our concerns: • "most expensive apartment in that area • Friday, saturday and sunday are party days and we are really not guilty about the noises from outside • Train noises are usually normal • we really dont have influence on the outside" No welcome map or guide on things to do Mould in shower No microwave or tea towel Food area no extractor fan so apt smells of cooking 1 large towel for 5 days We left a day early, disheartened and upset after no understanding or compromise from a passive aggressive host who offered no solution only defending problems. Hosts welcome our feedback for analysing to make future improvements - we hope they learn as we feel they need to improve customer experience for guests in Vienna.
• Carlos (9/5): Excelente alternative for staying in Vienna - Location. Very close to the excellent Vienna transport network and main station; many restaurants and grocery stores around. Owner was always responsive, very timely, and provided clear answer and support to our enquires.

The check-in process was seamless. The host was very responsive. The apartment was clean. The location is excellent, being a 5-10 minutes walk away from Vienna central station. Nothing. Adding a steam iron would be ideal.
